# 林前-1Co 8 ## 林前8:1 论到祭偶像之物，我们晓得我们都有知识；但知识是叫人自高自大，惟有爱心能造就人。 1Co 8:1 “Now concerning food offered to idols: we know that “all of us possess knowledge.” This “knowledge” puffs up, but love builds up.” ## 林前8:2 若有人以为自己知道什么，按他所当知道的，他仍是不知道。 1Co 8:2 “If anyone imagines that he knows something, he does not yet know as he ought to know.” ## 林前8:3 若有人爱神，这人乃是神所知道的。 1Co 8:3 “But if anyone loves God, he is known by God.” ## 林前8:4 论到吃祭偶像之物，我们知道偶像在世上算不得什么；也知道神只有一位，再没有别的神。 1Co 8:4 “Therefore, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that “an idol has no real existence,” and that “there is no God but one.” ## 林前8:5 虽有称为神的，或在天，或在地，就如那许多的神，许多的主； 1Co 8:5 “For although there may be so-called gods in heaven or on earth—as indeed there are many “gods” and many “lords”—” ## 林前8:6 然而我们只有一位 神，就是父，万物都本于他，我们也归于他；并有一位主，就是耶稣基督，万物都是藉着他有的，我们也是藉着他有的。 1Co 8:6 “yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.” ## 林前8:7 但人不都有这等知识。有人到如今因拜惯了偶像，就以为所吃的是祭偶像之物；他们的良心既然软弱，也就污秽了。 1Co 8:7 “However, not all possess this knowledge. But some, through former association with idols, eat food as really offered to an idol, and their conscience, being weak, is defiled.” ## 林前8:8 其实食物不能叫神看中我们，因为我们不吃也无损，吃也无益。 1Co 8:8 “Food will not commend us to God. We are no worse off if we do not eat, and no better off if we do.” ## 林前8:9 只是你们要谨慎，恐怕你们这自由竟成了那软弱人的绊脚石。 1Co 8:9 But take care that this right of yours does not somehow become a stumbling block to the weak. ## 林前8:10 若有人见你这有知识的，在偶像的庙里坐席，这人的良心若是软弱，岂不放胆去吃那祭偶像之物吗？ 1Co 8:10 “For if anyone sees you who have knowledge eating in an idol’s temple, will he not be encouraged, if his conscience is weak, to eat food offered to idols?” ## 林前8:11 因此，基督为他死的那软弱弟兄，也就因你的知识沉沦了。 1Co 8:11 “And so by your knowledge this weak person is destroyed, the brother for whom Christ died.” ## 林前8:12 你们这样得罪弟兄们，伤了他们软弱的良心，就是得罪基督。 1Co 8:12 “Thus, sinning against your brothers and wounding their conscience when it is weak, you sin against Christ.” ## 林前8:13 所以，食物若叫我弟兄跌倒，我就永远不吃肉，免得叫我弟兄跌倒了。 1Co 8:13 “Therefore, if food makes my brother stumble, I will never eat meat, lest I make my brother stumble.”
