# 约-Joh 3 ## 约3:1 有一个法利赛人，名叫尼哥底母，是犹太人的官。 Joh 3:1 “Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.” ## 约3:2 这人夜里来见耶稣，说：“拉比，我们知道你是由神那里来作师傅的；因为你所行的神迹，若没有神同在，无人能行。” Joh 3:2 “This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him.” ## 约3:3 耶稣回答说：“我实实在在地告诉你，人若不重生，就不能见神的国。” Joh 3:3 Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” ## 约3:4 尼哥底母说：“人已经老了，如何能重生呢？岂能再进母腹生出来吗？” Joh 3:4 “Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” ## 约3:5 耶稣说：“我实实在在地告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国。 Joh 3:5 “Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.” ## 约3:6 从肉身生的就是肉身；从灵生的就是灵。 Joh 3:6 “That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” ## 约3:7 我说：‘你们必须重生，’你不要以为希奇。 Joh 3:7 “Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’” ## 约3:8 风随着意思吹，你听见风的响声，却不晓得从哪里来，往哪里去；凡从圣灵生的，也是如此。” Joh 3:8 “The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” ## 约3:9 尼哥底母问他说：“怎能有这事呢？” Joh 3:9 “Nicodemus said to him, “How can these things be?” ## 约3:10 耶稣回答说：“你是以色列人的先生，还不明白这事吗？ Joh 3:10 “Jesus answered him, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you do not understand these things?” ## 约3:11 我实实在在地告诉你，我们所说的是我们知道的；我们所见证的是我们见过的；你们却不领受我们的见证。 Joh 3:11 “Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen, but you do not receive our testimony.” ## 约3:12 我对你们说地上的事，你们尚且不信，若说天上的事，如何能信呢？ Joh 3:12 “If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?” ## 约3:13 除了从天降下，仍旧在天的人子，没有人升过天。 Joh 3:13 “No one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.” ## 约3:14 摩西在旷野怎样举蛇，人子也必照样被举起来。 Joh 3:14 “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up,” ## 约3:15 叫一切信他的都得永生。(或作“叫一切信的人在他里面得永生”)。 Joh 3:15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life. ## 约3:16 “神爱世人，甚至将他的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信他的，不至灭亡，反得永生。 Joh 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” ## 约3:17 因为神差他的儿子降世，不是要定世人的罪(或作“审判世人”。下同。)，乃是要叫世人因他得救。 Joh 3:17 “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” ## 约3:18 信他的人，不被定罪；不信的人，罪已经定了，因为他不信神独生子的名。 Joh 3:18 “Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.” ## 约3:19 光来到世间，世人因自己的行为是恶的，不爱光，倒爱黑暗，定他们的罪就是在此。 Joh 3:19 “And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.” ## 约3:20 凡作恶的便恨光，并不来就光，恐怕他的行为受责备。 Joh 3:20 “For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.” ## 约3:21 但行真理的必来就光，要显明他所行的是靠神而行。” Joh 3:21 “But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.” ## 约3:22 这事以后，耶稣和门徒到了犹太地，在那里居住，施洗。 Joh 3:22 “After this Jesus and his disciples went into the Judean countryside, and he remained there with them and was baptizing.” ## 约3:23 约翰在靠近撒冷的哀嫩也施洗，因为那里水多；众人都去受洗。 Joh 3:23 “John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because water was plentiful there, and people were coming and being baptized” ## 约3:24 那时约翰还没有下在监里。 Joh 3:24 (for John had not yet been put in prison). ## 约3:25 约翰的门徒和一个犹太人辩论洁净的礼。 Joh 3:25 Now a discussion arose between some of John’s disciples and a Jew over purification. ## 约3:26 就来见约翰说：“拉比，从前同你在约但河外，你所见证的那位，现在施洗，众人都往他那里去了。” Joh 3:26 “And they came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, he who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you bore witness—look, he is baptizing, and all are going to him.” ## 约3:27 约翰说：“若不是从天上赐的，人就不能得什么。 Joh 3:27 “John answered, “A person cannot receive even one thing unless it is given him from heaven.” ## 约3:28 我曾说：‘我不是基督，是奉差遣在他前面的，’你们自己可以给我作见证。 Joh 3:28 “You yourselves bear me witness, that I said, ‘I am not the Christ, but I have been sent before him.’” ## 约3:29 娶新妇的就是新郎；新郎的朋友站着，听见新郎的声音就甚喜乐；故此，我这喜乐满足了。 Joh 3:29 “The one who has the bride is the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.” ## 约3:30 他必兴旺，我必衰微。 Joh 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.” ## 约3:31 “从天上来的是在万有之上；从地上来的是属乎地，他所说的，也是属乎地。从天上来的是在万有之上。 Joh 3:31 He who comes from above is above all. He who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. He who comes from heaven is above all. ## 约3:32 他将所见所闻的见证出来，只是没有人领受他的见证。 Joh 3:32 “He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony.” ## 约3:33 那领受他见证的，就印上印，证明神是真的。 Joh 3:33 “Whoever receives his testimony sets his seal to this, that God is true.” ## 约3:34 神所差来的，就说神的话；因为神赐圣灵给他，是没有限量的。 Joh 3:34 “For he whom God has sent utters the words of God, for he gives the Spirit without measure.” ## 约3:35 父爱子，已将万有交在他手里。 Joh 3:35 The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand. ## 约3:36 信子的人有永生；不信子的人得不着永生，(原文作“不得见永生”)，神的震怒常在他身上。” Joh 3:36 “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”
