# 哀-Lam 3 ## 哀3:1 我是因耶和华忿怒的杖，遭遇困苦的人。 Lam 3:1 I am the man who has seen affliction under the rod of his wrath; ## 哀3:2 他引导我，使我行在黑暗中，不行在光明里。 Lam 3:2 he has driven and brought me into darkness without any light; ## 哀3:3 他真是终日再三反手攻击我。 Lam 3:3 surely against me he turns his hand again and again the whole day long. ## 哀3:4 他使我的皮肉枯干；他折断(或作“压伤”)我的骨头。 Lam 3:4 He has made my flesh and my skin waste away; he has broken my bones; ## 哀3:5 他筑垒攻击我，用苦楚(原文作“苦胆”)和艰难围困我。 Lam 3:5 he has besieged and enveloped me with bitterness and tribulation; ## 哀3:6 他使我住在幽暗之处，象死了许久的人一样。 Lam 3:6 he has made me dwell in darkness like the dead of long ago. ## 哀3:7 他用篱笆围住我，使我不能出去；他使我的铜链沉重。 Lam 3:7 He has walled me about so that I cannot escape; he has made my chains heavy; ## 哀3:8 我哀号求救；他使我的祷告，不得上达。 Lam 3:8 “though I call and cry for help, he shuts out my prayer;” ## 哀3:9 他用凿过的石头，挡住我的道；他使我的路弯曲。 Lam 3:9 he has blocked my ways with blocks of stones; he has made my paths crooked. ## 哀3:10 他向我如熊埋伏，如狮子在隐密处。 Lam 3:10 “He is a bear lying in wait for me, a lion in hiding;” ## 哀3:11 他使我转离正路，将我撕碎，使我凄凉。 Lam 3:11 he turned aside my steps and tore me to pieces; he has made me desolate; ## 哀3:12 他张弓将我当作箭靶子。 Lam 3:12 he bent his bow and set me as a target for his arrow. ## 哀3:13 他把箭袋中的箭，射入我的肺腑。 Lam 3:13 He drove into my kidneys the arrows of his quiver; ## 哀3:14 我成了众民的笑话；他们终日以我为歌曲。 Lam 3:14 “I have become the laughingstock of all peoples, the object of their taunts all day long.” ## 哀3:15 他用苦楚充满我，使我饱用茵蔯。 Lam 3:15 He has filled me with bitterness; he has sated me with wormwood. ## 哀3:16 他又用沙石碜断我的牙，用灰尘将我蒙蔽。 Lam 3:16 “He has made my teeth grind on gravel, and made me cower in ashes;” ## 哀3:17 你使我远离平安，我忘记好处。 Lam 3:17 my soul is bereft of peace; I have forgotten what happiness is; ## 哀3:18 我就说：“我的力量衰败，我在耶和华那里，毫无指望！” Lam 3:18 “so I say, “My endurance has perished; so has my hope from the LORD.” ## 哀3:19 耶和华啊！求你记念我如茵蔯和苦胆的困苦窘迫。 Lam 3:19 “Remember my affliction and my wanderings, the wormwood and the gall!” ## 哀3:20 我心想念这些，就在里面忧闷。 Lam 3:20 My soul continually remembers it and is bowed down within me. ## 哀3:21 我想起这事，心里就有指望。 Lam 3:21 “But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope:” ## 哀3:22 我们不至消灭，是出于耶和华诸般的慈爱；是因他的怜悯，不至断绝。 Lam 3:22 The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; ## 哀3:23 每早晨这都是新的；你的诚实，极其广大！ Lam 3:23 they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. ## 哀3:24 我心里说，耶和华是我的分；因此，我要仰望他。 Lam 3:24 “The LORD is my portion, says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.” ## 哀3:25 凡等候耶和华，心里寻求他的，耶和华必施恩给他。 Lam 3:25 “The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.” ## 哀3:26 人仰望耶和华，静默等候他的救恩，这原是好的。 Lam 3:26 It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. ## 哀3:27 人在幼年负轭，这原是好的。 Lam 3:27 It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth. ## 哀3:28 他当独坐无言，因为这是耶和华加在他身上的。 Lam 3:28 Let him sit alone in silence when it is laid on him; ## 哀3:29 他当口贴尘埃，或者有指望。 Lam 3:29 let him put his mouth in the dust— there may yet be hope; ## 哀3:30 他当由人打他的腮颊，要满受凌辱。 Lam 3:30 “let him give his cheek to the one who strikes, and let him be filled with insults.” ## 哀3:31 因为主必不永远丢弃人。 Lam 3:31 “For the Lord will not cast off forever,” ## 哀3:32 主虽使人忧愁，还要照他诸般的慈爱发怜悯。 Lam 3:32 “but, though he cause grief, he will have compassion according to the abundance of his steadfast love;” ## 哀3:33 因他并不甘心使人受苦，使人忧愁。 Lam 3:33 for he does not willingly afflict or grieve the children of men. ## 哀3:34 人将世上被囚的踹(原文作“压”)在脚下， Lam 3:34 “To crush underfoot all the prisoners of the earth,” ## 哀3:35 或在至高者面前屈枉人， Lam 3:35 “to deny a man justice in the presence of the Most High,” ## 哀3:36 或在人的讼事上颠倒是非，这都是主看不上的。 Lam 3:36 “to subvert a man in his lawsuit, the Lord does not approve.” ## 哀3:37 除非主命定，谁能说成就成呢？ Lam 3:37 “Who has spoken and it came to pass, unless the Lord has commanded it?” ## 哀3:38 祸福不都出于至高者的口吗？ Lam 3:38 Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that good and bad come? ## 哀3:39 活人因自己的罪受罚，为何发怨言呢？ Lam 3:39 “Why should a living man complain, a man, about the punishment of his sins?” ## 哀3:40 我们当深深考察自己的行为，再归向耶和华。 Lam 3:40 “Let us test and examine our ways, and return to the LORD!” ## 哀3:41 我们当诚心向天上的神举手祷告。 Lam 3:41 Let us lift up our hearts and hands to God in heaven: ## 哀3:42 我们犯罪背逆，你并不赦免。 Lam 3:42 “We have transgressed and rebelled, and you have not forgiven.” ## 哀3:43 你自被怒气遮蔽，追赶我们；你施行杀戮，并不顾惜。 Lam 3:43 “You have wrapped yourself with anger and pursued us, killing without pity;” ## 哀3:44 你以黑云遮蔽自己，以致祷告不得透入。 Lam 3:44 you have wrapped yourself with a cloud so that no prayer can pass through. ## 哀3:45 你使我们在万民中成为污秽和渣滓。 Lam 3:45 You have made us scum and garbage among the peoples. ## 哀3:46 我们的仇敌，都向我们大大张口。 Lam 3:46 All our enemies open their mouths against us; ## 哀3:47 恐惧和陷坑，残害和毁灭，都临近我们。 Lam 3:47 “panic and pitfall have come upon us, devastation and destruction;” ## 哀3:48 因我众民遭的毁灭，我就眼泪下流如河。 Lam 3:48 my eyes flow with rivers of tears because of the destruction of the daughter of my people. ## 哀3:49 我的眼多多流泪，总不止息， Lam 3:49 “My eyes will flow without ceasing, without respite,” ## 哀3:50 直等耶和华垂顾，从天观看。 Lam 3:50 until the LORD from heaven looks down and sees; ## 哀3:51 因我本城的众民，我的眼，使我的心伤痛。 Lam 3:51 my eyes cause me grief at the fate of all the daughters of my city. ## 哀3:52 无故与我为仇的追逼我，象追雀鸟一样。 Lam 3:52 I have been hunted like a bird by those who were my enemies without cause; ## 哀3:53 他们使我的命在牢狱中断绝，并将一块石头抛在我身上。 Lam 3:53 they flung me alive into the pit and cast stones on me; ## 哀3:54 众水流过我头，我说：“我命断绝了！” Lam 3:54 “water closed over my head; I said, ‘I am lost.’” ## 哀3:55 耶和华啊！我从深牢中求告你的名。 Lam 3:55 “I called on your name, O LORD, from the depths of the pit;” ## 哀3:56 你曾听见我的声音；我求你解救，你不要掩耳不听。 Lam 3:56 “you heard my plea, ‘Do not close your ear to my cry for help!’” ## 哀3:57 我求告你的日子，你临近我，说：“不要惧怕！” Lam 3:57 “You came near when I called on you; you said, ‘Do not fear!’” ## 哀3:58 主啊！你伸明了我的冤，你救赎了我的命。 Lam 3:58 “You have taken up my cause, O Lord; you have redeemed my life.” ## 哀3:59 耶和华啊！你见了我受的委屈；求你为我伸冤。 Lam 3:59 “You have seen the wrong done to me, O LORD; judge my cause.” ## 哀3:60 他们仇恨我，谋害我，你都看见了。 Lam 3:60 “You have seen all their vengeance, all their plots against me.” ## 哀3:61 耶和华啊！你听见他们辱骂我的话，知道他们向我所设的计， Lam 3:61 “You have heard their taunts, O LORD, all their plots against me.” ## 哀3:62 并那些起来攻击我的人，口中所说的话，以及终日向我所设的计谋。 Lam 3:62 The lips and thoughts of my assailants are against me all the day long. ## 哀3:63 求你观看，他们坐下起来，都以我为歌曲。 Lam 3:63 Behold their sitting and their rising; I am the object of their taunts. ## 哀3:64 耶和华啊！你要按着他们手所作的，向他们施行报应。 Lam 3:64 “You will repay them, O LORD, according to the work of their hands.” ## 哀3:65 你要使他们心里刚硬，使你的咒诅临到他们。 Lam 3:65 You will give them dullness of heart; your curse will be on them. ## 哀3:66 你要发怒追赶他们，从耶和华的天下除灭他们。 Lam 3:66 “You will pursue them in anger and destroy them from under your heavens, O LORD.”
