# 诗-Psa 69 ## 诗69:1 （大卫的诗，交与伶长，调用百合花。）神啊！求你救我，因为众水要淹没我。 Psa 69:1 “To the choirmaster: according to Lilies. Of David. Save me, O God! For the waters have come up to my neck.” ## 诗69:2 我陷在深淤泥中，没有立脚之地；我到了深水中，大水漫过我身。 Psa 69:2 “I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold; I have come into deep waters, and the flood sweeps over me.” ## 诗69:3 我因呼求困乏，喉咙发干；我因等候神，眼睛失明。 Psa 69:3 I am weary with my crying out; my throat is parched. My eyes grow dim with waiting for my God. ## 诗69:4 无故恨我的，比我头发还多；无理与我为仇，要把我剪除的甚为强盛。我没有抢夺的，要叫我偿还。 Psa 69:4 “More in number than the hairs of my head are those who hate me without cause; mighty are those who would destroy me, those who attack me with lies. What I did not steal must I now restore?” ## 诗69:5 神啊！我的愚昧你原知道；我的罪愆不能隐瞒。 Psa 69:5 “O God, you know my folly; the wrongs I have done are not hidden from you.” ## 诗69:6 万军的主耶和华啊！求你叫那等候你的，不要因我蒙羞；以色列的神啊！求你叫那寻求你的，不要因我受辱。 Psa 69:6 “Let not those who hope in you be put to shame through me, O Lord GOD of hosts; let not those who seek you be brought to dishonor through me, O God of Israel.” ## 诗69:7 因我为你的缘故受了辱骂，满面羞愧。 Psa 69:7 “For it is for your sake that I have borne reproach, that dishonor has covered my face.” ## 诗69:8 我的弟兄看我为外路人，我的同胞看我为外邦人。 Psa 69:8 “I have become a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my mother’s sons.” ## 诗69:9 因我为你的殿心里焦急，如同火烧，并且辱骂你人的辱骂，都落在我身上。 Psa 69:9 “For zeal for your house has consumed me, and the reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.” ## 诗69:10 我哭泣，以禁食刻苦我心，这倒算为我的羞辱。 Psa 69:10 “When I wept and humbled my soul with fasting, it became my reproach.” ## 诗69:11 我拿麻布当衣裳，就成了他们的笑谈。 Psa 69:11 “When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a byword to them.” ## 诗69:12 坐在城门口的谈论我，酒徒也以我为歌曲。 Psa 69:12 “I am the talk of those who sit in the gate, and the drunkards make songs about me.” ## 诗69:13 但我在悦纳的时候，向你耶和华祈祷。神啊！求你按你丰盛的慈爱，凭你拯救的诚实，应允我。 Psa 69:13 “But as for me, my prayer is to you, O LORD. At an acceptable time, O God, in the abundance of your steadfast love answer me in your saving faithfulness.” ## 诗69:14 求你搭救我出离淤泥，不叫我陷在其中；求你使我脱离那些恨我的人，使我出离深水。 Psa 69:14 Deliver me from sinking in the mire; let me be delivered from my enemies and from the deep waters. ## 诗69:15 求你不容大水漫过我，不容深渊吞灭我，不容坑坎在我以上合口。 Psa 69:15 “Let not the flood sweep over me, or the deep swallow me up, or the pit close its mouth over me.” ## 诗69:16 耶和华啊！求你应允我，因为你的慈爱本为美好；求你按你丰盛的慈悲，回转眷顾我。 Psa 69:16 “Answer me, O LORD, for your steadfast love is good; according to your abundant mercy, turn to me.” ## 诗69:17 不要掩面不顾你的仆人。我是在急难之中，求你速速地应允我。 Psa 69:17 Hide not your face from your servant; for I am in distress; make haste to answer me. ## 诗69:18 求你亲近我，救赎我，求你因我的仇敌把我赎回。 Psa 69:18 “Draw near to my soul, redeem me; ransom me because of my enemies!” ## 诗69:19 你知道我受的辱骂、欺凌、羞辱，我的敌人都在你面前。 Psa 69:19 “You know my reproach, and my shame and my dishonor; my foes are all known to you.” ## 诗69:20 辱骂伤破了我的心，我又满了忧愁；我指望有人体恤，却没有一个；我指望有人安慰，却找不着一个。 Psa 69:20 “Reproaches have broken my heart, so that I am in despair. I looked for pity, but there was none, and for comforters, but I found none.” ## 诗69:21 他们拿苦胆给我当食物；我渴了，他们拿醋给我喝。 Psa 69:21 “They gave me poison for food, and for my thirst they gave me sour wine to drink.” ## 诗69:22 愿他们的筵席，在他们面前变为网罗，在他们平安的时候，变为机槛。 Psa 69:22 “Let their own table before them become a snare; and when they are at peace, let it become a trap.” ## 诗69:23 愿他们的眼睛昏蒙，不得看见；愿你使他们的腰，常常战抖。 Psa 69:23 “Let their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see, and make their loins tremble continually.” ## 诗69:24 求你将你的恼恨，倒在他们身上，叫你的烈怒，追上他们。 Psa 69:24 “Pour out your indignation upon them, and let your burning anger overtake them.” ## 诗69:25 愿他们的住处，变为荒场；愿他们的帐棚，无人居住。 Psa 69:25 May their camp be a desolation; let no one dwell in their tents. ## 诗69:26 因为你所击打的，他们就逼迫；你所击伤的，他们戏说他的愁苦。 Psa 69:26 “For they persecute him whom you have struck down, and they recount the pain of those you have wounded.” ## 诗69:27 愿你在他们的罪上加罪，不容他们在你面前称义。 Psa 69:27 Add to them punishment upon punishment; may they have no acquittal from you. ## 诗69:28 愿他们从生命册上被涂抹，不得记录在义人之中。 Psa 69:28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; let them not be enrolled among the righteous. ## 诗69:29 但我是困苦忧伤的；神啊！愿你的救恩，将我安置在高处。 Psa 69:29 “But I am afflicted and in pain; let your salvation, O God, set me on high!” ## 诗69:30 我要以诗歌赞美神的名，以感谢称他为大。 Psa 69:30 I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving. ## 诗69:31 这便叫耶和华喜悦，胜似献牛，或是献有角有蹄的公牛。 Psa 69:31 This will please the LORD more than an ox or a bull with horns and hoofs. ## 诗69:32 谦卑的人看见了，就喜乐；寻求神的人，愿你们的心苏醒。 Psa 69:32 “When the humble see it they will be glad; you who seek God, let your hearts revive.” ## 诗69:33 因为耶和华听了穷乏人，不藐视被囚的人。 Psa 69:33 For the LORD hears the needy and does not despise his own people who are prisoners. ## 诗69:34 愿天和地，洋海和其中一切的动物都赞美他。 Psa 69:34 “Let heaven and earth praise him, the seas and everything that moves in them.” ## 诗69:35 因为神要拯救锡安，建造犹大的城邑；他的民要在那里居住，得以为业。 Psa 69:35 “For God will save Zion and build up the cities of Judah, and people shall dwell there and possess it;” ## 诗69:36 他仆人的后裔，要承受为业。爱他名的人，也要住在其中。 Psa 69:36 “the offspring of his servants shall inherit it, and those who love his name shall dwell in it.”
