# 诗-Psa 46 ## 诗46:1 （可拉后裔的诗歌，交与伶长，调用女音。）神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。 Psa 46:1 “To the choirmaster. Of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth. A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” ## 诗46:2 所以地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心， Psa 46:2 “Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,” ## 诗46:3 其中的水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。(细拉) Psa 46:3 “though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. Selah” ## 诗46:4 有一道河；这河的分汊，使神的城欢喜；这城就是至高者居住的圣所。 Psa 46:4 “There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High.” ## 诗46:5 神在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮，神必帮助这城。 Psa 46:5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. ## 诗46:6 外邦喧嚷，列国动摇；神发声，地便熔化。 Psa 46:6 “The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts.” ## 诗46:7 万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。(细拉) Psa 46:7 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah ## 诗46:8 你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。 Psa 46:8 “Come, behold the works of the LORD, how he has brought desolations on the earth.” ## 诗46:9 他止息刀兵，直到地极；他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。 Psa 46:9 He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire. ## 诗46:10 你们要休息，要知道我是神；我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。 Psa 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” ## 诗46:11 万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。 Psa 46:11 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
