# 诗-Psa 39 ## 诗39:1 （大卫的诗，交与伶长耶杜顿。）我曾说：“我要谨慎我的言行，免得我舌头犯罪；恶人在我面前的时候，我要用嚼环勒住我的口。” Psa 39:1 “To the choirmaster: to Jeduthun. A Psalm of David. I said, “I will guard my ways, that I may not sin with my tongue; I will guard my mouth with a muzzle, so long as the wicked are in my presence.” ## 诗39:2 我默然无声，连好话也不出口；我的愁苦就发动了。 Psa 39:2 “I was mute and silent; I held my peace to no avail, and my distress grew worse.” ## 诗39:3 我的心在我里面发热；我默想的时候，火就烧起，我便用舌头说话。 Psa 39:3 “My heart became hot within me. As I mused, the fire burned; then I spoke with my tongue:” ## 诗39:4 耶和华啊！求你叫我晓得我身之终，我的寿数几何，叫我知道我的生命不长。 Psa 39:4 “O LORD, make me know my end and what is the measure of my days; let me know how fleeting I am!” ## 诗39:5 你使我的年日窄如手掌；我一生的年数，在你面前，如同无有。各人最稳妥的时候，真是全然虚幻。(细拉) Psa 39:5 “Behold, you have made my days a few handbreadths, and my lifetime is as nothing before you. Surely all mankind stands as a mere breath! Selah” ## 诗39:6 世人行动实系幻影。他们忙乱，真是枉然；积蓄财宝，不知将来有谁收取。 Psa 39:6 Surely a man goes about as a shadow! Surely for nothing they are in turmoil; man heaps up wealth and does not know who will gather! ## 诗39:7 主啊！如今我等什么呢？我的指望在乎你！ Psa 39:7 “And now, O Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in you.” ## 诗39:8 求你救我脱离一切的过犯，不要使我受愚顽人的羞辱。 Psa 39:8 Deliver me from all my transgressions. Do not make me the scorn of the fool! ## 诗39:9 因我所遭遇的是出于你，我就默然不语。 Psa 39:9 “I am mute; I do not open my mouth, for it is you who have done it.” ## 诗39:10 求你把你的责罚，从我身上免去；因你手的责打，我便消灭。 Psa 39:10 Remove your stroke from me; I am spent by the hostility of your hand. ## 诗39:11 你因人的罪恶，惩罚他的时候，叫他的笑容消灭(“的笑容”或作“所喜爱的”)，如衣被虫所咬，世人真是虚幻！(细拉) Psa 39:11 “When you discipline a man with rebukes for sin, you consume like a moth what is dear to him; surely all mankind is a mere breath! Selah” ## 诗39:12 耶和华啊！求你听我的祷告，留心听我的呼求。我流泪，求你不要静默无声；因为我在你面前是客旅，是寄居的，象我列祖一般。 Psa 39:12 “Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear to my cry; hold not your peace at my tears! For I am a sojourner with you, a guest, like all my fathers.” ## 诗39:13 求你宽容我，使我在去而不返之先，可以力量复原。 Psa 39:13 “Look away from me, that I may smile again, before I depart and am no more!”
