# 诗-Psa 38 ## 诗38:1 （大卫的记念诗）耶和华啊！求你不要在怒中责备我，不要在烈怒中惩罚我。 Psa 38:1 “A Psalm of David, for the memorial offering. O LORD, rebuke me not in your anger, nor discipline me in your wrath!” ## 诗38:2 因为你的箭射入我身，你的手压住我。 Psa 38:2 “For your arrows have sunk into me, and your hand has come down on me.” ## 诗38:3 因你的恼怒，我的肉无一完全；因我的罪过，我的骨头也不安宁。 Psa 38:3 There is no soundness in my flesh because of your indignation; there is no health in my bones because of my sin. ## 诗38:4 我的罪孽高过我的头，如同重担叫我担当不起。 Psa 38:4 “For my iniquities have gone over my head; like a heavy burden, they are too heavy for me.” ## 诗38:5 因我的愚昧，我的伤发臭流脓。 Psa 38:5 “My wounds stink and fester because of my foolishness,” ## 诗38:6 我疼痛，大大拳曲，终日哀痛。 Psa 38:6 I am utterly bowed down and prostrate; all the day I go about mourning. ## 诗38:7 我满腰是火，我的肉无一完全。 Psa 38:7 “For my sides are filled with burning, and there is no soundness in my flesh.” ## 诗38:8 我被压伤，身体疲倦；因心里不安，我就唉哼。 Psa 38:8 I am feeble and crushed; I groan because of the tumult of my heart. ## 诗38:9 主啊！我的心愿都在你面前，我的叹息不向你隐瞒。 Psa 38:9 “O Lord, all my longing is before you; my sighing is not hidden from you.” ## 诗38:10 我心跳动，我力衰微，连我眼中的光也没有了。 Psa 38:10 “My heart throbs; my strength fails me, and the light of my eyes—it also has gone from me.” ## 诗38:11 我的良朋密友，因我的灾病都躲在旁边站着；我的亲戚本家，也远远地站立。 Psa 38:11 “My friends and companions stand aloof from my plague, and my nearest kin stand far off.” ## 诗38:12 那寻索我命的，设下网罗；那想要害我的，口出恶言，终日思想诡计。 Psa 38:12 Those who seek my life lay their snares; those who seek my hurt speak of ruin and meditate treachery all day long. ## 诗38:13 但我如聋子不听，象哑巴不开口。 Psa 38:13 “But I am like a deaf man; I do not hear, like a mute man who does not open his mouth.” ## 诗38:14 我如不听见的人，口中没有回话。 Psa 38:14 “I have become like a man who does not hear, and in whose mouth are no rebukes.” ## 诗38:15 耶和华啊！我仰望你；主我的神啊！你必应允我。 Psa 38:15 “But for you, O LORD, do I wait; it is you, O Lord my God, who will answer.” ## 诗38:16 我曾说：“恐怕他们向我夸耀；我失脚的时候，他们向我夸大。” Psa 38:16 “For I said, “Only let them not rejoice over me, who boast against me when my foot slips!” ## 诗38:17 我几乎跌倒，我的痛苦常在我面前。 Psa 38:17 “For I am ready to fall, and my pain is ever before me.” ## 诗38:18 我要承认我的罪孽，我要因我的罪忧愁。 Psa 38:18 I confess my iniquity; I am sorry for my sin. ## 诗38:19 但我的仇敌又活泼又强壮，无理恨我的增多了。 Psa 38:19 “But my foes are vigorous, they are mighty, and many are those who hate me wrongfully.” ## 诗38:20 以恶报善的与我作对，因我是追求良善。 Psa 38:20 Those who render me evil for good accuse me because I follow after good. ## 诗38:21 耶和华啊！求你不要撇弃我；我的神啊！求你不要远离我。 Psa 38:21 “Do not forsake me, O LORD! O my God, be not far from me!” ## 诗38:22 拯救我的主啊！求你快快帮助我。 Psa 38:22 “Make haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation!”
