# 诗-Psa 32 ## 诗32:1 （大卫的训诲诗。）得赦免其过，遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的。 Psa 32:1 “A Maskil of David. Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.” ## 诗32:2 凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的。 Psa 32:2 “Blessed is the man against whom the LORD counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.” ## 诗32:3 我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼而骨头枯干。 Psa 32:3 “For when I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.” ## 诗32:4 黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。(细拉) Psa 32:4 For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was dried up as by the heat of summer. Selah ## 诗32:5 我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说：“我要向耶和华承认我的过犯。”你就赦免我的罪恶。(细拉) Psa 32:5 “I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,” and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah” ## 诗32:6 为此，凡虔诚人，都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你，大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。 Psa 32:6 “Therefore let everyone who is godly offer prayer to you at a time when you may be found; surely in the rush of great waters, they shall not reach him.” ## 诗32:7 你是我藏身之处，你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌，四面环绕我。(细拉) Psa 32:7 You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance. Selah ## 诗32:8 我要教导你，指示你当行的路；我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。 Psa 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. ## 诗32:9 你不可象那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住它，不然，就不能驯服。 Psa 32:9 “Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding, which must be curbed with bit and bridle, or it will not stay near you.” ## 诗32:10 恶人必多受苦楚，惟独倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。 Psa 32:10 “Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the LORD.” ## 诗32:11 你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐，你们心里正直的人，都当欢呼。 Psa 32:11 “Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!”
