# 诗-Psa 30 ## 诗30:1 （大卫在献殿的时候，作这诗歌。）耶和华啊！我要尊崇你，因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。 Psa 30:1 “A Psalm of David. A song at the dedication of the temple. I will extol you, O LORD, for you have drawn me up and have not let my foes rejoice over me.” ## 诗30:2 耶和华我的神啊！我曾呼求你，你医治了我。 Psa 30:2 “O LORD my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me.” ## 诗30:3 耶和华啊！你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。 Psa 30:3 “O LORD, you have brought up my soul from Sheol; you restored me to life from among those who go down to the pit.” ## 诗30:4 耶和华的圣民哪！你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。 Psa 30:4 “Sing praises to the LORD, O you his saints, and give thanks to his holy name.” ## 诗30:5 因为他的怒气不过是转眼之间，他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。 Psa 30:5 “For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.” ## 诗30:6 至于我，我凡事平顺，便说：“我永不动摇。” Psa 30:6 “As for me, I said in my prosperity, “I shall never be moved.” ## 诗30:7 耶和华啊！你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固；你掩了面，我就惊惶。 Psa 30:7 “By your favor, O LORD, you made my mountain stand strong; you hid your face; I was dismayed.” ## 诗30:8 耶和华啊！我曾求告你。我向耶和华恳求，说： Psa 30:8 “To you, O LORD, I cry, and to the Lord I plead for mercy:” ## 诗30:9 “我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢？尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实吗？ Psa 30:9 “What profit is there in my death, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it tell of your faithfulness?” ## 诗30:10 耶和华啊！求你应允我，怜恤我。耶和华啊！求你帮助我。” Psa 30:10 “Hear, O LORD, and be merciful to me! O LORD, be my helper!” ## 诗30:11 你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐。 Psa 30:11 “You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,” ## 诗30:12 好叫我的灵(原文作“荣耀”)歌颂你，并不住声。耶和华我的神啊！我要称谢你，直到永远。 Psa 30:12 “that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to you forever!”
