# 诗-Psa 22 ## 诗22:1 （大卫的诗，交与伶长。调用朝鹿。）我的神，我的神！为什么离弃我？为什么远离不救我？不听我唉哼的言语？ Psa 22:1 “To the choirmaster: according to The Doe of the Dawn. A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from saving me, from the words of my groaning?” ## 诗22:2 我的神啊！我白日呼求，你不应允；夜间呼求，并不住声。 Psa 22:2 “O my God, I cry by day, but you do not answer, and by night, but I find no rest.” ## 诗22:3 但你是圣洁的，是用以色列的赞美为宝座的(“宝座”或作“居所”)。 Psa 22:3 “Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.” ## 诗22:4 我们的祖宗倚靠你；他们倚靠你，你便解救他们。 Psa 22:4 “In you our fathers trusted; they trusted, and you delivered them.” ## 诗22:5 他们哀求你，便蒙解救；他们倚靠你，就不羞愧。 Psa 22:5 To you they cried and were rescued; in you they trusted and were not put to shame. ## 诗22:6 但我是虫，不是人，被众人羞辱，被百姓藐视。 Psa 22:6 “But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by mankind and despised by the people.” ## 诗22:7 凡看见我的都嗤笑我。他们撇嘴摇头，说： Psa 22:7 All who see me mock me; they make mouths at me; they wag their heads; ## 诗22:8 “他把自己交托耶和华，耶和华可以救他吧！耶和华既喜悦他，可以搭救他吧！” Psa 22:8 “He trusts in the LORD; let him deliver him; let him rescue him, for he delights in him!” ## 诗22:9 但你是叫我出母腹的。我在母怀里，你就使我有倚靠的心。 Psa 22:9 Yet you are he who took me from the womb; you made me trust you at my mother’s breasts. ## 诗22:10 我自出母胎就被交在你手里，从我母亲生我，你就是我的神。 Psa 22:10 “On you was I cast from my birth, and from my mother’s womb you have been my God.” ## 诗22:11 求你不要远离我，因为急难临近了，没有人帮助我。 Psa 22:11 “Be not far from me, for trouble is near, and there is none to help.” ## 诗22:12 有许多公牛围绕我，巴珊大力的公牛四面困住我； Psa 22:12 Many bulls encompass me; strong bulls of Bashan surround me; ## 诗22:13 他们向我张口，好象抓撕吼叫的狮子。 Psa 22:13 “they open wide their mouths at me, like a ravening and roaring lion.” ## 诗22:14 我如水被倒出来，我的骨头都脱了节，我心在我里面如蜡熔化。 Psa 22:14 “I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint; my heart is like wax; it is melted within my breast;” ## 诗22:15 我的精力枯干，如同瓦片；我的舌头贴在我牙床上。你将我安置在死地的尘土中。 Psa 22:15 “my strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to my jaws; you lay me in the dust of death.” ## 诗22:16 犬类围着我，恶党环绕我；他们扎了我的手、我的脚。 Psa 22:16 For dogs encompass me; a company of evildoers encircles me; they have pierced my hands and feet— ## 诗22:17 我的骨头，我都能数过；他们瞪着眼看我。 Psa 22:17 I can count all my bones— they stare and gloat over me; ## 诗22:18 他们分我的外衣，为我的里衣拈阄。 Psa 22:18 “they divide my garments among them, and for my clothing they cast lots.” ## 诗22:19 耶和华啊！求你不要远离我；我的救主啊，求你快来帮助我。 Psa 22:19 “But you, O LORD, do not be far off! O you my help, come quickly to my aid!” ## 诗22:20 求你救我的灵魂脱离刀剑，救我的生命脱离犬类(“生命”原文作“独一者”)。 Psa 22:20 “Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog!” ## 诗22:21 救我脱离狮子的口。你已经应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。 Psa 22:21 Save me from the mouth of the lion! You have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen! ## 诗22:22 我要将你的名传与我的弟兄，在会中我要赞美你。 Psa 22:22 I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you: ## 诗22:23 你们敬畏耶和华的人，要赞美他；雅各的后裔，都要荣耀他；以色列的后裔，都要惧怕他。 Psa 22:23 “You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you offspring of Jacob, glorify him, and stand in awe of him, all you offspring of Israel!” ## 诗22:24 因为他没有藐视憎恶受苦的人，也没有向他掩面；那受苦之人呼吁的时候，他就垂听。 Psa 22:24 “For he has not despised or abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, and he has not hidden his face from him, but has heard, when he cried to him.” ## 诗22:25 我在大会中赞美你的话，是从你而来的；我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。 Psa 22:25 From you comes my praise in the great congregation; my vows I will perform before those who fear him. ## 诗22:26 谦卑的人必吃得饱足，寻求耶和华的人必赞美他。愿你们的心永远活着。 Psa 22:26 The afflicted shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek him shall praise the LORD! May your hearts live forever! ## 诗22:27 地的四极，都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他；列国的万族，都要在你面前敬拜。 Psa 22:27 “All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you.” ## 诗22:28 因为国权是耶和华的，他是管理万国的。 Psa 22:28 “For kingship belongs to the LORD, and he rules over the nations.” ## 诗22:29 地上一切丰肥的人，必吃喝而敬拜；凡下到尘土中不能存活自己性命的人，都要在他面前下拜。 Psa 22:29 “All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust, even the one who could not keep himself alive.” ## 诗22:30 他必有后裔事奉他；主所行的事，必传与后代。 Psa 22:30 Posterity shall serve him; it shall be told of the Lord to the coming generation; ## 诗22:31 他们必来把他的公义传给将要生的民，言明这事是他所行的。 Psa 22:31 “they shall come and proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn, that he has done it.”
