# 诗-Psa 102 ## 诗102:1 （困苦人发昏的时候，在耶和华面前吐露苦情的祷告。）耶和华啊！求你听我的祷告，容我的呼求达到你面前。 Psa 102:1 “A Prayer of one afflicted, when he is faint and pours out his complaint before the LORD. Hear my prayer, O LORD; let my cry come to you!” ## 诗102:2 我在急难的日子，求你向我侧耳，不要向我掩面；我呼求的日子，求你快快应允我。 Psa 102:2 Do not hide your face from me in the day of my distress! Incline your ear to me; answer me speedily in the day when I call! ## 诗102:3 因为我的年日，如烟云消灭，我的骨头，如火把烧着。 Psa 102:3 “For my days pass away like smoke, and my bones burn like a furnace.” ## 诗102:4 我的心被伤，如草枯干，甚至我忘记吃饭。 Psa 102:4 My heart is struck down like grass and has withered; I forget to eat my bread. ## 诗102:5 因我唉哼的声音，我的肉紧贴骨头。 Psa 102:5 Because of my loud groaning my bones cling to my flesh. ## 诗102:6 我如同旷野的鹈鹕，我好象荒场的鸮鸟。 Psa 102:6 “I am like a desert owl of the wilderness, like an owl of the waste places;” ## 诗102:7 我警醒不睡，我象房顶上孤单的麻雀。 Psa 102:7 I lie awake; I am like a lonely sparrow on the housetop. ## 诗102:8 我的仇敌终日辱骂我，向我猖狂的人，指着我赌咒。 Psa 102:8 All the day my enemies taunt me; those who deride me use my name for a curse. ## 诗102:9 我吃过炉灰，如同吃饭；我所喝的与眼泪搀杂。 Psa 102:9 “For I eat ashes like bread and mingle tears with my drink,” ## 诗102:10 这都因你的恼恨和忿怒；你把我拾起来，又把我摔下去。 Psa 102:10 because of your indignation and anger; for you have taken me up and thrown me down. ## 诗102:11 我的年日，如日影偏斜，我也如草枯干。 Psa 102:11 My days are like an evening shadow; I wither away like grass. ## 诗102:12 惟你耶和华必存到永远，你可记念的名，也存到万代。 Psa 102:12 “But you, O LORD, are enthroned forever; you are remembered throughout all generations.” ## 诗102:13 你必起来怜恤锡安，因现在是可怜他的时候，日期已经到了。 Psa 102:13 You will arise and have pity on Zion; it is the time to favor her; the appointed time has come. ## 诗102:14 你的仆人原来喜悦他的石头，可怜他的尘土。 Psa 102:14 For your servants hold her stones dear and have pity on her dust. ## 诗102:15 列国要敬畏耶和华的名，世上诸王都敬畏你的荣耀。 Psa 102:15 “Nations will fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth will fear your glory.” ## 诗102:16 因为耶和华建造了锡安，在他荣耀里显现。 Psa 102:16 For the LORD builds up Zion; he appears in his glory; ## 诗102:17 他垂听穷人的祷告，并不藐视他们的祈求。 Psa 102:17 he regards the prayer of the destitute and does not despise their prayer. ## 诗102:18 这必为后代的人记下，将来受造的民，要赞美耶和华。 Psa 102:18 “Let this be recorded for a generation to come, so that a people yet to be created may praise the LORD:” ## 诗102:19 因为他从至高的圣所垂看；耶和华从天向地观察。 Psa 102:19 “that he looked down from his holy height; from heaven the LORD looked at the earth,” ## 诗102:20 要垂听被囚之人的叹息，要释放将要死的人； Psa 102:20 “to hear the groans of the prisoners, to set free those who were doomed to die,” ## 诗102:21 使人在锡安传扬耶和华的名，在耶路撒冷传扬赞美他的话， Psa 102:21 “that they may declare in Zion the name of the LORD, and in Jerusalem his praise,” ## 诗102:22 就是在万民和列国聚会事奉耶和华的时候。 Psa 102:22 “when peoples gather together, and kingdoms, to worship the LORD.” ## 诗102:23 他使我的力量中道衰弱，使我的年日短少。 Psa 102:23 He has broken my strength in midcourse; he has shortened my days. ## 诗102:24 我说：“我的神啊！不要使我中年去世。你的年数，世世无穷。 Psa 102:24 “O my God, I say, “take me not away in the midst of my days— you whose years endure throughout all generations!” ## 诗102:25 你起初立了地的根基，天也是你手所造的。 Psa 102:25 “Of old you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.” ## 诗102:26 天地都要灭没，你却要长存；天地都要如外衣渐渐旧了，你要将天地如里衣更换，天地就都改变了； Psa 102:26 “They will perish, but you will remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away,” ## 诗102:27 惟有你永不改变，你的年数没有穷尽。 Psa 102:27 “but you are the same, and your years have no end.” ## 诗102:28 你仆人的子孙要长存，他们的后裔，要坚立在你面前。” Psa 102:28 The children of your servants shall dwell secure; their offspring shall be established before you.
