# 箴-Pro 21 ## 箴21:1 王的心在耶和华手中，好象陇沟的水，随意流转。 Pro 21:1 The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will. ## 箴21:2 人所行的，在自己眼中都看为正，惟有耶和华衡量人心。 Pro 21:2 “Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the heart.” ## 箴21:3 行仁义公平，比献祭更蒙耶和华悦纳。 Pro 21:3 To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice. ## 箴21:4 恶人发达，眼高心傲，这乃是罪(“发达”原文作“灯”)。 Pro 21:4 “Haughty eyes and a proud heart, the lamp of the wicked, are sin.” ## 箴21:5 殷勤筹划的，足致丰裕；行事急躁的，都必缺乏。 Pro 21:5 “The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.” ## 箴21:6 用诡诈之舌求财的，就是自己取死；所得之财，乃是吹来吹去的浮云。 Pro 21:6 The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a fleeting vapor and a snare of death. ## 箴21:7 恶人的强暴，必将自己扫除，因他们不肯按公平行事。 Pro 21:7 “The violence of the wicked will sweep them away, because they refuse to do what is just.” ## 箴21:8 负罪之人的路，甚是弯曲；至于清洁的人，他所行的乃是正直。 Pro 21:8 “The way of the guilty is crooked, but the conduct of the pure is upright.” ## 箴21:9 宁可住在房顶的角上，不在宽阔的房屋与争吵的妇人同住。 Pro 21:9 It is better to live in a corner of the housetop than in a house shared with a quarrelsome wife. ## 箴21:10 恶人的心，乐人受祸，他眼并不怜恤邻舍。 Pro 21:10 The soul of the wicked desires evil; his neighbor finds no mercy in his eyes. ## 箴21:11 亵慢的人受刑罚，愚蒙的人就得智慧；智慧人受训诲，便得知识。 Pro 21:11 “When a scoffer is punished, the simple becomes wise; when a wise man is instructed, he gains knowledge.” ## 箴21:12 义人思想恶人的家，知道恶人倾倒，必致灭亡。 Pro 21:12 The Righteous One observes the house of the wicked; he throws the wicked down to ruin. ## 箴21:13 塞耳不听穷人哀求的，他将来呼吁也不蒙应允。 Pro 21:13 Whoever closes his ear to the cry of the poor will himself call out and not be answered. ## 箴21:14 暗中送的礼物，挽回怒气；怀中搋的贿赂，止息暴怒。 Pro 21:14 “A gift in secret averts anger, and a concealed bribe, strong wrath.” ## 箴21:15 秉公行义，使义人喜乐，使作孽的人败坏。 Pro 21:15 “When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.” ## 箴21:16 迷离通达道路的，必住在阴魂的会中。 Pro 21:16 One who wanders from the way of good sense will rest in the assembly of the dead. ## 箴21:17 爱宴乐的，必致穷乏；好酒爱膏油的，必不富足。 Pro 21:17 Whoever loves pleasure will be a poor man; he who loves wine and oil will not be rich. ## 箴21:18 恶人作了义人的赎价，奸诈人代替正直人。 Pro 21:18 “The wicked is a ransom for the righteous, and the traitor for the upright.” ## 箴21:19 宁可住在旷野，不与争吵使气的妇人同住。 Pro 21:19 It is better to live in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and fretful woman. ## 箴21:20 智慧人家中积蓄宝物膏油，愚昧人随得来随吞下。 Pro 21:20 “Precious treasure and oil are in a wise man’s dwelling, but a foolish man devours it.” ## 箴21:21 追求公义仁慈的，就寻得生命、公义和尊荣。 Pro 21:21 “Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness will find life, righteousness, and honor.” ## 箴21:22 智慧人爬上勇士的城墙，倾覆他所倚靠的坚垒。 Pro 21:22 A wise man scales the city of the mighty and brings down the stronghold in which they trust. ## 箴21:23 谨守口与舌的，就保守自己免受灾难。 Pro 21:23 Whoever keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble. ## 箴21:24 心骄气傲的人，名叫亵慢；他行事狂妄，都出于骄傲。 Pro 21:24 “Scoffer is the name of the arrogant, haughty man who acts with arrogant pride.” ## 箴21:25 懒惰人的心愿，将他杀害，因为他手不肯作工。 Pro 21:25 “The desire of the sluggard kills him, for his hands refuse to labor.” ## 箴21:26 有终日贪得无厌的；义人施舍而不吝惜。 Pro 21:26 “All day long he craves and craves, but the righteous gives and does not hold back.” ## 箴21:27 恶人的祭物是可憎的，何况他存恶意来献呢？ Pro 21:27 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination; how much more when he brings it with evil intent. ## 箴21:28 作假见证的必灭亡；惟有听真情而言的，其言长存。 Pro 21:28 “A false witness will perish, but the word of a man who hears will endure.” ## 箴21:29 恶人脸无羞耻，正直人行事坚定。 Pro 21:29 “A wicked man puts on a bold face, but the upright gives thought to his ways.” ## 箴21:30 没有人能以智慧、聪明、谋略敌挡耶和华。 Pro 21:30 “No wisdom, no understanding, no counsel can avail against the LORD.” ## 箴21:31 马是为打仗之日预备的，得胜乃在乎耶和华。 Pro 21:31 “The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but the victory belongs to the LORD.”
