# 箴-Pro 18 ## 箴18:1 与众寡合的，独自寻求心愿，并恼恨一切真智慧。 Pro 18:1 Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment. ## 箴18:2 愚昧人不喜爱明哲，只喜爱显露心意。 Pro 18:2 “A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.” ## 箴18:3 恶人来，藐视随来；羞耻到，辱骂同到。 Pro 18:3 “When wickedness comes, contempt comes also, and with dishonor comes disgrace.” ## 箴18:4 人口中的言语，如同深水；智慧的泉源，好象涌流的河水。 Pro 18:4 The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; the fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook. ## 箴18:5 瞻徇恶人的情面，偏断义人的案件，都为不善。 Pro 18:5 It is not good to be partial to the wicked or to deprive the righteous of justice. ## 箴18:6 愚昧人张嘴启争端，开口招鞭打。 Pro 18:6 “A fool’s lips walk into a fight, and his mouth invites a beating.” ## 箴18:7 愚昧人的口，自取败坏；他的嘴，是他生命的网罗。 Pro 18:7 “A fool’s mouth is his ruin, and his lips are a snare to his soul.” ## 箴18:8 传舌人的言语，如同美食，深入人的心腹。 Pro 18:8 The words of a whisperer are like delicious morsels; they go down into the inner parts of the body. ## 箴18:9 作工懈怠的，与浪费人为弟兄。 Pro 18:9 Whoever is slack in his work is a brother to him who destroys. ## 箴18:10 耶和华的名，是坚固台；义人奔入，便得安稳。 Pro 18:10 The name of the LORD is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe. ## 箴18:11 富足人的财物，是他的坚城，在他心想，犹如高墙。 Pro 18:11 “A rich man’s wealth is his strong city, and like a high wall in his imagination.” ## 箴18:12 败坏之先，人心骄傲；尊荣以前，必有谦卑。 Pro 18:12 “Before destruction a man’s heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.” ## 箴18:13 未曾听完先回答的，便是他的愚昧和羞辱。 Pro 18:13 “If one gives an answer before he hears, it is his folly and shame.” ## 箴18:14 人有疾病，心能忍耐；心灵忧伤，谁能承当呢？ Pro 18:14 “A man’s spirit will endure sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear?” ## 箴18:15 聪明人的心得知识；智慧人的耳求知识。 Pro 18:15 “An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.” ## 箴18:16 人的礼物，为他开路，引他到高位的人面前。 Pro 18:16 A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before the great. ## 箴18:17 先诉情由的，似乎有理；但邻舍来到，就察出实情。 Pro 18:17 “The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him.” ## 箴18:18 掣签能止息争竞，也能解散强胜的人。 Pro 18:18 The lot puts an end to quarrels and decides between powerful contenders. ## 箴18:19 弟兄结怨，劝他和好，比取坚固城还难；这样的争竞，如同坚寨的门闩。 Pro 18:19 “A brother offended is more unyielding than a strong city, and quarreling is like the bars of a castle.” ## 箴18:20 人口中所结的果子，必充满肚腹；他嘴所出的，必使他饱足。 Pro 18:20 From the fruit of a man’s mouth his stomach is satisfied; he is satisfied by the yield of his lips. ## 箴18:21 生死在舌头的权下，喜爱它的，必吃它所结的果子。 Pro 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.” ## 箴18:22 得着贤妻的，是得着好处，也是蒙了耶和华的恩惠。 Pro 18:22 He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD. ## 箴18:23 贫穷人说哀求的话。富足人用威吓的话回答。 Pro 18:23 “The poor use entreaties, but the rich answer roughly.” ## 箴18:24 滥交朋友的，自取败坏；但有一朋友，比弟兄更亲密。 Pro 18:24 “A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”
