# 伯-Job 38 ## 伯38:1 那时，耶和华从旋风中回答约伯说： Job 38:1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind and said: ## 伯38:2 “谁用无知的言语，使我的旨意暗昧不明？ Job 38:2 Who is this that darkens counsel by words without knowledge? ## 伯38:3 你要如勇士束腰。我问你，你可以指示我。 Job 38:3 “Dress for action like a man; I will question you, and you make it known to me.” ## 伯38:4 我立大地根基的时候，你在哪里呢？你若有聪明只管说吧！ Job 38:4 “Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell me, if you have understanding.” ## 伯38:5 你若晓得就说，是谁定地的尺度？是谁把准绳拉在其上？ Job 38:5 Who determined its measurements—surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it? ## 伯38:6 地的根基安置在何处？地的角石是谁安放的？ Job 38:6 “On what were its bases sunk, or who laid its cornerstone,” ## 伯38:7 那时晨星一同歌唱，神的众子也都欢呼。 Job 38:7 when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy? ## 伯38:8 海水冲出，如出胎胞。那时谁将它关闭呢？ Job 38:8 “Or who shut in the sea with doors when it burst out from the womb,” ## 伯38:9 是我用云彩当海的衣服，用幽暗当包裹它的布， Job 38:9 “when I made clouds its garment and thick darkness its swaddling band,” ## 伯38:10 为它定界限，又安门和闩， Job 38:10 “and prescribed limits for it and set bars and doors,” ## 伯38:11 说：‘你只可到这里，不可越过；你狂傲的浪要到此止住！’ Job 38:11 “and said, ‘Thus far shall you come, and no farther, and here shall your proud waves be stayed’?” ## 伯38:12 你自生以来，曾命定晨光，使清晨的日光知道本位， Job 38:12 “Have you commanded the morning since your days began, and caused the dawn to know its place,” ## 伯38:13 叫这光普照地的四极，将恶人从其中驱逐出来吗？ Job 38:13 “that it might take hold of the skirts of the earth, and the wicked be shaken out of it?” ## 伯38:14 因这光地面改变如泥上印印，万物出现如衣服一样。 Job 38:14 “It is changed like clay under the seal, and its features stand out like a garment.” ## 伯38:15 亮光不照恶人，强横的膀臂也必折断。 Job 38:15 “From the wicked their light is withheld, and their uplifted arm is broken.” ## 伯38:16 “你曾进到海源，或在深渊的隐密处行走吗？ Job 38:16 “Have you entered into the springs of the sea, or walked in the recesses of the deep?” ## 伯38:17 死亡的门，曾向你显露吗？死荫的门，你曾见过吗？ Job 38:17 “Have the gates of death been revealed to you, or have you seen the gates of deep darkness?” ## 伯38:18 地的广大，你能明透吗？你若全知道，只管说吧！ Job 38:18 “Have you comprehended the expanse of the earth? Declare, if you know all this.” ## 伯38:19 “光明的居所从何而至？黑暗的本位在于何处？ Job 38:19 “Where is the way to the dwelling of light, and where is the place of darkness,” ## 伯38:20 你能带到本境，能看明其室之路吗？ Job 38:20 that you may take it to its territory and that you may discern the paths to its home? ## 伯38:21 你总知道，因为你早已生在世上，你日子的数目也多。 Job 38:21 “You know, for you were born then, and the number of your days is great!” ## 伯38:22 “你曾进入雪库，或见过雹仓吗？ Job 38:22 “Have you entered the storehouses of the snow, or have you seen the storehouses of the hail,” ## 伯38:23 这雪雹乃是我为降灾并打仗和争战的日子所预备的。 Job 38:23 “which I have reserved for the time of trouble, for the day of battle and war?” ## 伯38:24 光亮从何路分开？东风从何路分散遍地？ Job 38:24 “What is the way to the place where the light is distributed, or where the east wind is scattered upon the earth?” ## 伯38:25 “谁为雨水分道？谁为雷电开路？ Job 38:25 “Who has cleft a channel for the torrents of rain and a way for the thunderbolt,” ## 伯38:26 使雨降在无人之地，无人居住的旷野， Job 38:26 “to bring rain on a land where no man is, on the desert in which there is no man,” ## 伯38:27 使荒废凄凉之地得以丰足，青草得以发生。 Job 38:27 “to satisfy the waste and desolate land, and to make the ground sprout with grass?” ## 伯38:28 雨有父吗？露水珠是谁生的呢？ Job 38:28 “Has the rain a father, or who has begotten the drops of dew?” ## 伯38:29 冰出于谁的胎？天上的霜是谁生的呢？ Job 38:29 “From whose womb did the ice come forth, and who has given birth to the frost of heaven?” ## 伯38:30 诸水坚硬(或作“隐藏”)如石头，深渊之面凝结成冰。 Job 38:30 “The waters become hard like stone, and the face of the deep is frozen.” ## 伯38:31 “你能系住昴星的结吗？能解开参星的带吗？ Job 38:31 Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades or loose the cords of Orion? ## 伯38:32 你能按时领出十二宫吗？能引导北斗和随它的众星吗(“星”原文作“子”)？ Job 38:32 “Can you lead forth the Mazzaroth in their season, or can you guide the Bear with its children?” ## 伯38:33 你知道天的定例吗？能使地归在天的权下吗？ Job 38:33 Do you know the ordinances of the heavens? Can you establish their rule on the earth? ## 伯38:34 “你能向云彩扬起声来，使倾盆的雨遮盖你吗？ Job 38:34 “Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, that a flood of waters may cover you?” ## 伯38:35 你能发出闪电，叫它行去，使它对你说，我们在这里？ Job 38:35 “Can you send forth lightnings, that they may go and say to you, ‘Here we are’?” ## 伯38:36 谁将智慧放在怀中，谁将聪明赐于心内？ Job 38:36 Who has put wisdom in the inward parts or given understanding to the mind? ## 伯38:37 \- Job 38:37 “Who can number the clouds by wisdom? Or who can tilt the waterskins of the heavens,” ## 伯38:38 谁能用智慧数算云彩呢？尘土聚集成团，土块紧紧结连。那时，谁能倾倒天上的瓶呢？ Job 38:38 when the dust runs into a mass and the clods stick fast together? ## 伯38:39 \- Job 38:39 “Can you hunt the prey for the lion, or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,” ## 伯38:40 “母狮子在洞中蹲伏，少壮狮子在隐密处埋伏，你能为它们抓取食物，使它们饱足吗？ Job 38:40 when they crouch in their dens or lie in wait in their thicket? ## 伯38:41 乌鸦之雏，因无食物飞来飞去，哀告神。那时，谁为它预备食物呢？” Job 38:41 “Who provides for the raven its prey, when its young ones cry to God for help, and wander about for lack of food?”
