# 伯-Job 28 ## 伯28:1 “银子有矿，炼金有方。 Job 28:1 “Surely there is a mine for silver, and a place for gold that they refine.” ## 伯28:2 铁从地里挖出，铜从石中熔化。 Job 28:2 “Iron is taken out of the earth, and copper is smelted from the ore.” ## 伯28:3 人为黑暗定界限，查究幽暗阴翳的石头，直到极处。 Job 28:3 Man puts an end to darkness and searches out to the farthest limit the ore in gloom and deep darkness. ## 伯28:4 在无人居住之处刨开矿穴，过路的人也想不到他们。又与人远离，悬在空中摇来摇去。 Job 28:4 “He opens shafts in a valley away from where anyone lives; they are forgotten by travelers; they hang in the air, far away from mankind; they swing to and fro.” ## 伯28:5 至于地，能出粮食，地内好象被火翻起来。 Job 28:5 “As for the earth, out of it comes bread, but underneath it is turned up as by fire.” ## 伯28:6 地中的石头有蓝宝石，并有金沙。 Job 28:6 “Its stones are the place of sapphires, and it has dust of gold.” ## 伯28:7 矿中的路鸷鸟不得知道，鹰眼也未见过。 Job 28:7 “That path no bird of prey knows, and the falcon’s eye has not seen it.” ## 伯28:8 狂傲的野兽未曾行过，猛烈的狮子也未曾经过。 Job 28:8 The proud beasts have not trodden it; the lion has not passed over it. ## 伯28:9 “人伸手凿开坚石，倾倒山根。 Job 28:9 Man puts his hand to the flinty rock and overturns mountains by the roots. ## 伯28:10 在磐石中凿出水道，亲眼看见各样宝物。 Job 28:10 “He cuts out channels in the rocks, and his eye sees every precious thing.” ## 伯28:11 他封闭水不得滴流，使隐藏的物显露出来。 Job 28:11 “He dams up the streams so that they do not trickle, and the thing that is hidden he brings out to light.” ## 伯28:12 然而，智慧有何处可寻？聪明之处在哪里呢？ Job 28:12 But where shall wisdom be found? And where is the place of understanding? ## 伯28:13 “智慧的价值无人能知，在活人之地也无处可寻。 Job 28:13 “Man does not know its worth, and it is not found in the land of the living.” ## 伯28:14 深渊说：‘不在我内。’沧海说：‘不在我中。’ Job 28:14 “The deep says, ‘It is not in me,’ and the sea says, ‘It is not with me.’” ## 伯28:15 智慧非用黄金可得，也不能平白银为它的价值； Job 28:15 “It cannot be bought for gold, and silver cannot be weighed as its price.” ## 伯28:16 俄斐金和贵重的红玛瑙，并蓝宝石，不足与较量； Job 28:16 “It cannot be valued in the gold of Ophir, in precious onyx or sapphire.” ## 伯28:17 黄金和玻璃，不足与比较；精金的器皿，不足与兑换； Job 28:17 “Gold and glass cannot equal it, nor can it be exchanged for jewels of fine gold.” ## 伯28:18 珊瑚、水晶，都不足论；智慧的价值胜过珍珠(或作“红宝石”)。 Job 28:18 No mention shall be made of coral or of crystal; the price of wisdom is above pearls. ## 伯28:19 古实的红璧玺，不足与比较；精金，也不足与较量。 Job 28:19 “The topaz of Ethiopia cannot equal it, nor can it be valued in pure gold.” ## 伯28:20 “智慧从何处来呢？聪明之处在哪里呢？ Job 28:20 “From where, then, does wisdom come? And where is the place of understanding?” ## 伯28:21 是向一切有生命的眼目隐藏，向空中的飞鸟掩蔽。 Job 28:21 It is hidden from the eyes of all living and concealed from the birds of the air. ## 伯28:22 灭没和死亡说：‘我们风闻其名。’ Job 28:22 “Abaddon and Death say, ‘We have heard a rumor of it with our ears.’” ## 伯28:23 “神明白智慧的道路；晓得智慧的所在。 Job 28:23 “God understands the way to it, and he knows its place.” ## 伯28:24 因他鉴察直到地极；遍观普天之下。 Job 28:24 For he looks to the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens. ## 伯28:25 要为风定轻重，又度量诸水。 Job 28:25 “When he gave to the wind its weight and apportioned the waters by measure,” ## 伯28:26 他为雨露定命令，为雷电定道路。 Job 28:26 “when he made a decree for the rain and a way for the lightning of the thunder,” ## 伯28:27 那时他看见智慧，而且述说；他坚定，并且查究。 Job 28:27 “then he saw it and declared it; he established it, and searched it out.” ## 伯28:28 “他对人说：‘敬畏主就是智慧。远离恶便是聪明。’” Job 28:28 “And he said to man, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.’”
