# 伯-Job 21 ## 伯21:1 约伯回答说： Job 21:1 Then Job answered and said: ## 伯21:2 “你们要细听我的言语，就算是你们安慰我。 Job 21:2 “Keep listening to my words, and let this be your comfort.” ## 伯21:3 请宽容我，我又要说话。说了以后，任凭你们嗤笑吧！ Job 21:3 “Bear with me, and I will speak, and after I have spoken, mock on.” ## 伯21:4 “我岂是向人诉冤，为何不焦急呢？ Job 21:4 “As for me, is my complaint against man? Why should I not be impatient?” ## 伯21:5 你们要看着我而惊奇，用手捂口。 Job 21:5 “Look at me and be appalled, and lay your hand over your mouth.” ## 伯21:6 我每逢思想，心就惊惶，浑身战兢。 Job 21:6 “When I remember, I am dismayed, and shuddering seizes my flesh.” ## 伯21:7 “恶人为何存活，享大寿数，势力强盛呢？ Job 21:7 “Why do the wicked live, reach old age, and grow mighty in power?” ## 伯21:8 他们眼见儿孙，和他们一同坚立。 Job 21:8 “Their offspring are established in their presence, and their descendants before their eyes.” ## 伯21:9 他们的家宅平安无惧，神的杖也不加在他们身上。 Job 21:9 “Their houses are safe from fear, and no rod of God is upon them.” ## 伯21:10 他们的公牛孳生而不断绝；母牛下犊而不掉胎。 Job 21:10 Their bull breeds without fail; their cow calves and does not miscarry. ## 伯21:11 他们打发小孩子出去，多如羊群；他们的儿女踊跃跳舞。 Job 21:11 “They send out their little boys like a flock, and their children dance.” ## 伯21:12 他们随着琴鼓歌唱，又因箫声欢喜。 Job 21:12 They sing to the tambourine and the lyre and rejoice to the sound of the pipe. ## 伯21:13 他们度日诸事亨通，转眼下入阴间。 Job 21:13 “They spend their days in prosperity, and in peace they go down to Sheol.” ## 伯21:14 “他们对神说：‘离开我们吧！我们不愿晓得你的道。 Job 21:14 “They say to God, ‘Depart from us! We do not desire the knowledge of your ways.” ## 伯21:15 全能者是谁，我们何必事奉他呢？求告他有什么益处呢？’ Job 21:15 “What is the Almighty, that we should serve him? And what profit do we get if we pray to him?’” ## 伯21:16 看哪，他们亨通不在乎自己；恶人所谋定的离我好远。 Job 21:16 “Behold, is not their prosperity in their hand? The counsel of the wicked is far from me.” ## 伯21:17 “恶人的灯何尝熄灭？患难何尝临到他们呢？神何尝发怒，向他们分散灾祸呢？ Job 21:17 How often is it that the lamp of the wicked is put out? That their calamity comes upon them? That God distributes pains in his anger? ## 伯21:18 他们何尝象风前的碎秸，如暴风刮去的糠秕呢？ Job 21:18 “That they are like straw before the wind, and like chaff that the storm carries away?” ## 伯21:19 “你们说，神为恶人的儿女积蓄罪孽。我说，不如本人受报，好使他亲自知道。 Job 21:19 “You say, ‘God stores up their iniquity for their children.’ Let him pay it out to them, that they may know it.” ## 伯21:20 愿他亲眼看见自己败亡，亲自饮全能者的忿怒。 Job 21:20 “Let their own eyes see their destruction, and let them drink of the wrath of the Almighty.” ## 伯21:21 他的岁月既尽，他还顾他本家吗？ Job 21:21 “For what do they care for their houses after them, when the number of their months is cut off?” ## 伯21:22 神既审判那在高位的，谁能将知识教训他呢？ Job 21:22 “Will any teach God knowledge, seeing that he judges those who are on high?” ## 伯21:23 “有人至死身体强壮，尽得平靖安逸。 Job 21:23 “One dies in his full vigor, being wholly at ease and secure,” ## 伯21:24 他的奶桶充满，他的骨髓滋润。 Job 21:24 his pails full of milk and the marrow of his bones moist. ## 伯21:25 有人至死心中痛苦，终身未尝福乐的滋味。 Job 21:25 “Another dies in bitterness of soul, never having tasted of prosperity.” ## 伯21:26 他们一样躺卧在尘土中，都被虫子遮盖。 Job 21:26 “They lie down alike in the dust, and the worms cover them.” ## 伯21:27 “我知道你们的意思，并诬害我的计谋。 Job 21:27 “Behold, I know your thoughts and your schemes to wrong me.” ## 伯21:28 你们说，霸者的房屋在哪里？恶人住过的帐棚在哪里？ Job 21:28 “For you say, ‘Where is the house of the prince? Where is the tent in which the wicked lived?’” ## 伯21:29 你们岂没有询问过路的人吗？不知道他们所引的证据吗？ Job 21:29 “Have you not asked those who travel the roads, and do you not accept their testimony” ## 伯21:30 就是恶人在祸患的日子得存留；在发怒的日子得逃脱。 Job 21:30 “that the evil man is spared in the day of calamity, that he is rescued in the day of wrath?” ## 伯21:31 他所行的，有谁当面给他说明；他所作的，有谁报应他呢？ Job 21:31 “Who declares his way to his face, and who repays him for what he has done?” ## 伯21:32 然而他要被抬到茔地，并有人看守坟墓。 Job 21:32 “When he is carried to the grave, watch is kept over his tomb.” ## 伯21:33 他要以谷中的土块为甘甜，在他以先去的无数；在他以后去的更多。 Job 21:33 “The clods of the valley are sweet to him; all mankind follows after him, and those who go before him are innumerable.” ## 伯21:34 “你们对答的话中既都错谬，怎么徒然安慰我呢？” Job 21:34 “How then will you comfort me with empty nothings? There is nothing left of your answers but falsehood.”
