# 伯-Job 2 ## 伯2:1 又有一天，神的众子来侍立在耶和华面前，撒但也来在其中。 Job 2:1 “Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them to present himself before the LORD.” ## 伯2:2 耶和华问撒但说：“你从哪里来？”撒但回答说：“我从地上走来走去，往返而来。” Job 2:2 “And the LORD said to Satan, “From where have you come?” Satan answered the LORD and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking up and down on it.” ## 伯2:3 耶和华问撒但说：“你曾用心察看我的仆人约伯没有？地上再没有人象他完全正直，敬畏神，远离恶事。你虽激动我攻击他，无故地毁灭他；他仍然持守他的纯正。” Job 2:3 “And the LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil? He still holds fast his integrity, although you incited me against him to destroy him without reason.” ## 伯2:4 撒但回答耶和华说：“人以皮代皮，情愿舍去一切所有的保全性命。 Job 2:4 “Then Satan answered the LORD and said, “Skin for skin! All that a man has he will give for his life.” ## 伯2:5 你且伸手，伤他的骨头和他的肉；他必当面弃掉你。” Job 2:5 “But stretch out your hand and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse you to your face.” ## 伯2:6 耶和华对撒但说：“他在你手中；只要存留他的性命。” Job 2:6 “And the LORD said to Satan, “Behold, he is in your hand; only spare his life.” ## 伯2:7 于是撒但从耶和华面前退去，击打约伯，使他从脚掌到头顶长毒疮。 Job 2:7 So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD and struck Job with loathsome sores from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head. ## 伯2:8 约伯就坐在炉灰中，拿瓦片刮身体。 Job 2:8 And he took a piece of broken pottery with which to scrape himself while he sat in the ashes. ## 伯2:9 他的妻子对他说：“你仍然持守你的纯正吗？你弃掉神，死了吧！” Job 2:9 “Then his wife said to him, “Do you still hold fast your integrity? Curse God and die.” ## 伯2:10 约伯却对她说：“你说话象愚顽的妇人一样。哎！难道我们从神手里得福，不也受祸吗？”在这一切的事上，约伯并不以口犯罪。 Job 2:10 “But he said to her, “You speak as one of the foolish women would speak. Shall we receive good from God, and shall we not receive evil?” In all this Job did not sin with his lips.” ## 伯2:11 约伯的三个朋友，提幔人以利法，书亚人比勒达，拿玛人琐法，听说有这一切的灾祸临到他身上，各人就从本处约会同来，为他悲伤，安慰他。 Job 2:11 Now when Job’s three friends heard of all this evil that had come upon him, they came each from his own place, Eliphaz the Temanite, Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite. They made an appointment together to come to show him sympathy and comfort him.” ## 伯2:12 他们远远地举目观看，认不出他来，就放声大哭。各人撕裂外袍，把尘土向天扬起来，落在自己的头上。 Job 2:12 “And when they saw him from a distance, they did not recognize him. And they raised their voices and wept, and they tore their robes and sprinkled dust on their heads toward heaven.” ## 伯2:13 他们就同他七天七夜坐在地上，一个人也不向他说句话，因为他极其痛苦。 Job 2:13 “And they sat with him on the ground seven days and seven nights, and no one spoke a word to him, for they saw that his suffering was very great.”
