# 伯-Job 15 ## 伯15:1 提幔人以利法回答说： Job 15:1 Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said: ## 伯15:2 “智慧人岂可用虚空的知识回答，用东风充满肚腹呢？ Job 15:2 “Should a wise man answer with windy knowledge, and fill his belly with the east wind?” ## 伯15:3 他岂可用无益的话和无济于事的言语理论呢？ Job 15:3 “Should he argue in unprofitable talk, or in words with which he can do no good?” ## 伯15:4 你是废弃敬畏的意，在神面前阻止敬虔的心。 Job 15:4 But you are doing away with the fear of God and hindering meditation before God. ## 伯15:5 你的罪孽指教你的口，你选用诡诈人的舌头。 Job 15:5 “For your iniquity teaches your mouth, and you choose the tongue of the crafty.” ## 伯15:6 你自己的口定你有罪，并非是我；你自己的嘴见证你的不是。 Job 15:6 “Your own mouth condemns you, and not I; your own lips testify against you.” ## 伯15:7 “你岂是头一个被生的人吗？你受造在诸山之先吗？ Job 15:7 Are you the first man who was born? Or were you brought forth before the hills? ## 伯15:8 你曾听见神的密旨吗？你还将智慧独自得尽吗？ Job 15:8 Have you listened in the council of God? And do you limit wisdom to yourself? ## 伯15:9 你知道什么是我们不知道的呢？你明白什么是我们不明白的呢？ Job 15:9 What do you know that we do not know? What do you understand that is not clear to us? ## 伯15:10 我们这里有白发的和年纪老迈的，比你父亲还老。 Job 15:10 “Both the gray-haired and the aged are among us, older than your father.” ## 伯15:11 “神用温和的话安慰你，你以为太小吗？ Job 15:11 “Are the comforts of God too small for you, or the word that deals gently with you?” ## 伯15:12 你的心为何将你逼去？你的眼为何冒出火星。 Job 15:12 “Why does your heart carry you away, and why do your eyes flash,” ## 伯15:13 使你的灵反对神，也任你的口发这言语。 Job 15:13 that you turn your spirit against God and bring such words out of your mouth? ## 伯15:14 “人是什么，竟算为洁净呢？妇人所生的是什么，竟算为义呢？ Job 15:14 “What is man, that he can be pure? Or he who is born of a woman, that he can be righteous?” ## 伯15:15 神不信靠他的众圣者，在他眼前天也不洁净； Job 15:15 “Behold, God puts no trust in his holy ones, and the heavens are not pure in his sight;” ## 伯15:16 何况那污秽可憎喝罪孽如水的世人呢？ Job 15:16 “how much less one who is abominable and corrupt, a man who drinks injustice like water!” ## 伯15:17 “我指示你，你要听；我要述说所看见的， Job 15:17 “I will show you; hear me, and what I have seen I will declare” ## 伯15:18 就是智慧人，从列祖所受，传说而不隐瞒的。 Job 15:18 “(what wise men have told, without hiding it from their fathers,” ## 伯15:19 (这地惟独赐给他们，并没有外人从他们中间经过。) Job 15:19 “to whom alone the land was given, and no stranger passed among them).” ## 伯15:20 “恶人一生之日，劬劳痛苦；强暴人一生的年数，也是如此。 Job 15:20 “The wicked man writhes in pain all his days, through all the years that are laid up for the ruthless.” ## 伯15:21 惊吓的声音常在他耳中；在平安时抢夺的必临到他那里。 Job 15:21 Dreadful sounds are in his ears; in prosperity the destroyer will come upon him. ## 伯15:22 他不信自己能从黑暗中转回；他被刀剑等候。 Job 15:22 “He does not believe that he will return out of darkness, and he is marked for the sword.” ## 伯15:23 他漂流在外求食，说：‘哪里有食物呢？’他知道黑暗的日子在他手边预备好了。 Job 15:23 “He wanders abroad for bread, saying, ‘Where is it?’ He knows that a day of darkness is ready at his hand;” ## 伯15:24 急难困苦叫他害怕，而且胜了他，好象君王预备上阵一样。 Job 15:24 “distress and anguish terrify him; they prevail against him, like a king ready for battle.” ## 伯15:25 “他伸手攻击神，以骄傲攻击全能者， Job 15:25 “Because he has stretched out his hand against God and defies the Almighty,” ## 伯15:26 挺着颈项，用盾牌的厚凸面，向全能者直闯。 Job 15:26 running stubbornly against him with a thickly bossed shield; ## 伯15:27 是因他的脸蒙上脂油，腰积成肥肉。 Job 15:27 because he has covered his face with his fat and gathered fat upon his waist ## 伯15:28 “他曾住在荒凉城邑，无人居住将成乱堆的房屋。 Job 15:28 “and has lived in desolate cities, in houses that none should inhabit, which were ready to become heaps of ruins;” ## 伯15:29 他不得富足，财物不得常存，产业在地上也不加增。 Job 15:29 “he will not be rich, and his wealth will not endure, nor will his possessions spread over the earth;” ## 伯15:30 他不得出离黑暗。火焰要将他的枝子烧干，因神口中的气，他要灭亡(“灭亡”原文作“走去”)。 Job 15:30 “he will not depart from darkness; the flame will dry up his shoots, and by the breath of his mouth he will depart.” ## 伯15:31 他不用倚靠虚假欺哄自己，因虚假必成为他的报应。 Job 15:31 “Let him not trust in emptiness, deceiving himself, for emptiness will be his payment.” ## 伯15:32 他的日期未到之先这事必成就；他的枝子不得青绿。 Job 15:32 “It will be paid in full before his time, and his branch will not be green.” ## 伯15:33 他必象葡萄树的葡萄，未熟而落；又象橄榄树的花，一开而谢。 Job 15:33 “He will shake off his unripe grape like the vine, and cast off his blossom like the olive tree.” ## 伯15:34 “原来不敬虔之辈，必无生育；受贿赂之人的帐棚，必被火烧。 Job 15:34 “For the company of the godless is barren, and fire consumes the tents of bribery.” ## 伯15:35 他们所怀的是毒害，所生的是罪孽，心里所预备的是诡诈。” Job 15:35 “They conceive trouble and give birth to evil, and their womb prepares deceit.”
