# 伯-Job 14 ## 伯14:1 “人为妇人所生，日子短少，多有患难。 Job 14:1 Man who is born of a woman is few of days and full of trouble. ## 伯14:2 出来如花，又被割下；飞去如影，不能存留。 Job 14:2 He comes out like a flower and withers; he flees like a shadow and continues not. ## 伯14:3 这样的人你岂睁眼看他吗？又叫我来受审吗？ Job 14:3 And do you open your eyes on such a one and bring me into judgment with you? ## 伯14:4 谁能使洁净之物出于污秽之中呢？无论谁也不能！ Job 14:4 Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? There is not one. ## 伯14:5 人的日子既然限定，他的月数在你那里，你也派定他的界限，使他不能越过； Job 14:5 “Since his days are determined, and the number of his months is with you, and you have appointed his limits that he cannot pass,” ## 伯14:6 便求你转眼不看他，使他得歇息，直等他象雇工人完毕他的日子。 Job 14:6 “look away from him and leave him alone, that he may enjoy, like a hired hand, his day.” ## 伯14:7 “树若被砍下，还可指望发芽，嫩枝生长不息， Job 14:7 “For there is hope for a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that its shoots will not cease.” ## 伯14:8 其根虽然衰老在地里，干也死在土中； Job 14:8 “Though its root grow old in the earth, and its stump die in the soil,” ## 伯14:9 及至得了水气，还要发芽，又长枝条，象新栽的树一样。 Job 14:9 yet at the scent of water it will bud and put out branches like a young plant. ## 伯14:10 但人死亡而消灭；他气绝，竟在何处呢？ Job 14:10 “But a man dies and is laid low; man breathes his last, and where is he?” ## 伯14:11 “海中的水绝尽，江河消散干涸。 Job 14:11 “As waters fail from a lake and a river wastes away and dries up,” ## 伯14:12 人也是如此，躺下不再起来，等到天没有了，仍不得复醒，也不得从睡中唤醒。 Job 14:12 so a man lies down and rises not again; till the heavens are no more he will not awake or be roused out of his sleep. ## 伯14:13 “惟愿你把我藏在阴间，存于隐密处，等你的忿怒过去，愿你为我定了日期，记念我。 Job 14:13 “Oh that you would hide me in Sheol, that you would conceal me until your wrath be past, that you would appoint me a set time, and remember me!” ## 伯14:14 人若死了，岂能再活呢？我只要在我一切争战的日子，等我被释放的时候来到(“被释放”或作“改变”)。 Job 14:14 “If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my service I would wait, till my renewal should come.” ## 伯14:15 你呼叫，我便回答；你手所作的，你必羡慕。 Job 14:15 “You would call, and I would answer you; you would long for the work of your hands.” ## 伯14:16 但如今你数点我的脚步，岂不窥察我的罪过吗？ Job 14:16 For then you would number my steps; you would not keep watch over my sin; ## 伯14:17 我的过犯被你封在囊中，也缝严了我的罪孽。 Job 14:17 “my transgression would be sealed up in a bag, and you would cover over my iniquity.” ## 伯14:18 “山崩变为无有，磐石挪开原处。 Job 14:18 “But the mountain falls and crumbles away, and the rock is removed from its place;” ## 伯14:19 水流消磨石头，所流溢的，洗去地上的尘土；你也照样灭绝人的指望。 Job 14:19 the waters wear away the stones; the torrents wash away the soil of the earth; so you destroy the hope of man. ## 伯14:20 你攻击人常常得胜，使他去世；你改变他的容貌，叫他往而不回。 Job 14:20 “You prevail forever against him, and he passes; you change his countenance, and send him away.” ## 伯14:21 他儿子得尊荣，他也不知道；降为卑，他也不觉得。 Job 14:21 “His sons come to honor, and he does not know it; they are brought low, and he perceives it not.” ## 伯14:22 但知身上疼痛，心中悲哀。” Job 14:22 “He feels only the pain of his own body, and he mourns only for himself.”
