# 伯-Job 12 ## 伯12:1 约伯回答说： Job 12:1 Then Job answered and said: ## 伯12:2 “你们真是子民哪！你们死亡，智慧也就灭没了。 Job 12:2 “No doubt you are the people, and wisdom will die with you.” ## 伯12:3 但我也有聪明，与你们一样，并非不及你们。你们所说的，谁不知道呢？ Job 12:3 But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you. Who does not know such things as these? ## 伯12:4 我这求告神，蒙他应允的人，竟成了朋友所讥笑的；公义完全人，竟受了人的讥笑。 Job 12:4 “I am a laughingstock to my friends; I, who called to God and he answered me, a just and blameless man, am a laughingstock.” ## 伯12:5 安逸的人心里藐视灾祸；这灾祸常常等待滑脚的人。 Job 12:5 In the thought of one who is at ease there is contempt for misfortune; it is ready for those whose feet slip. ## 伯12:6 强盗的帐棚兴旺，惹神的人稳固，神多将财物送到他们手中。 Job 12:6 “The tents of robbers are at peace, and those who provoke God are secure, who bring their god in their hand.” ## 伯12:7 “你且问走兽，走兽必指教你；又问空中的飞鸟，飞鸟必告诉你； Job 12:7 “But ask the beasts, and they will teach you; the birds of the heavens, and they will tell you;” ## 伯12:8 或与地说话，地必指教你；海中的鱼，也必向你说明。 Job 12:8 “or the bushes of the earth, and they will teach you; and the fish of the sea will declare to you.” ## 伯12:9 看这一切，谁不知道是耶和华的手作成的呢？ Job 12:9 Who among all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this? ## 伯12:10 凡活物的生命和人类的气息，都在他手中。 Job 12:10 In his hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind. ## 伯12:11 耳朵岂不试验言语，正如上膛尝食物吗？ Job 12:11 Does not the ear test words as the palate tastes food? ## 伯12:12 “年老的有智慧；寿高的有知识。 Job 12:12 “Wisdom is with the aged, and understanding in length of days.” ## 伯12:13 在神有智慧和能力；他有谋略和知识。 Job 12:13 With God are wisdom and might; he has counsel and understanding. ## 伯12:14 他拆毁的，就不能再建造；他捆住人，便不得开释。 Job 12:14 “If he tears down, none can rebuild; if he shuts a man in, none can open.” ## 伯12:15 他把水留住，水便枯干；他再发出水来，水就翻地。 Job 12:15 “If he withholds the waters, they dry up; if he sends them out, they overwhelm the land.” ## 伯12:16 “在他有能力和智慧，被诱惑的，与诱惑人的，都是属他。 Job 12:16 With him are strength and sound wisdom; the deceived and the deceiver are his. ## 伯12:17 他把谋士剥衣掳去，又使审判官变成愚人。 Job 12:17 “He leads counselors away stripped, and judges he makes fools.” ## 伯12:18 他放松君王的绑，又用带子捆他们的腰。 Job 12:18 He looses the bonds of kings and binds a waistcloth on their hips. ## 伯12:19 他把祭司剥衣掳去，又使有能的人倾败。 Job 12:19 He leads priests away stripped and overthrows the mighty. ## 伯12:20 他废去忠信人的讲论；又夺去老人的聪明。 Job 12:20 He deprives of speech those who are trusted and takes away the discernment of the elders. ## 伯12:21 他使君王蒙羞被辱，放松有力之人的腰带。 Job 12:21 He pours contempt on princes and loosens the belt of the strong. ## 伯12:22 他将深奥的事从黑暗中彰显，使死荫显为光明。 Job 12:22 He uncovers the deeps out of darkness and brings deep darkness to light. ## 伯12:23 他使邦国兴旺而又毁灭，他使邦国开广而又掳去。 Job 12:23 “He makes nations great, and he destroys them; he enlarges nations, and leads them away.” ## 伯12:24 他将地上民中首领的聪明夺去，使他们在荒废无路之地漂流。 Job 12:24 He takes away understanding from the chiefs of the people of the earth and makes them wander in a pathless waste. ## 伯12:25 他们无光，在黑暗中摸索；又使他们东倒西歪，象醉酒的人一样。” Job 12:25 “They grope in the dark without light, and he makes them stagger like a drunken man.”
