# 士-Jdg 7 ## 士7:1 耶路巴力就是基甸，他和一切跟随的人，早晨起来，在哈律泉旁安营。米甸营在他们北边的平原，靠近摩利冈。 Jdg 7:1 “Then Jerubbaal (that is, Gideon) and all the people who were with him rose early and encamped beside the spring of Harod. And the camp of Midian was north of them, by the hill of Moreh, in the valley.” ## 士7:2 耶和华对基甸说：“跟随你的人过多，我不能将米甸人交在他们手中，免得以色列人向我夸大，说：‘是我们自己的手救了我们。’ Jdg 7:2 “The LORD said to Gideon, “The people with you are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hand, lest Israel boast over me, saying, ‘My own hand has saved me.’” ## 士7:3 现在你要向这些人宣告说：‘凡惧怕胆怯的，可以离开基列山回去。’”于是有二万二千人回去，只剩下一万。 Jdg 7:3 “Now therefore proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, ‘Whoever is fearful and trembling, let him return home and hurry away from Mount Gilead.’” Then 22,000 of the people returned, and 10,000 remained.” ## 士7:4 耶和华对基甸说：“人还是过多。你要带他们下到水旁，我好在那里为你试试他们。我指点谁说：‘这人可以同你去。’他就可以同你去；我指点谁说：‘这人不可同你去。’他就不可同你去。” Jdg 7:4 “And the LORD said to Gideon, “The people are still too many. Take them down to the water, and I will test them for you there, and anyone of whom I say to you, ‘This one shall go with you,’ shall go with you, and anyone of whom I say to you, ‘This one shall not go with you,’ shall not go.” ## 士7:5 基甸就带他们下到水旁。耶和华对基甸说：“凡用舌头舔水，象狗舔的，要使他单站在一处；凡跪下喝水的，也要使他单站在一处。” Jdg 7:5 “So he brought the people down to the water. And the LORD said to Gideon, “Every one who laps the water with his tongue, as a dog laps, you shall set by himself. Likewise, every one who kneels down to drink.” ## 士7:6 于是用手捧着舔水的有三百人，其余的都跪下喝水。 Jdg 7:6 “And the number of those who lapped, putting their hands to their mouths, was 300 men, but all the rest of the people knelt down to drink water.” ## 士7:7 耶和华对基甸说：“我要用这舔水的三百人拯救你们，将米甸人交在你手中；其余的人，都可以各归各处去。” Jdg 7:7 “And the LORD said to Gideon, “With the 300 men who lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hand, and let all the others go every man to his home.” ## 士7:8 这三百人就带着食物和角；其余的以色列人，基甸都打发他们各归各的帐棚，只留下这三百人。米甸营在他下边的平原里。 Jdg 7:8 “So the people took provisions in their hands, and their trumpets. And he sent all the rest of Israel every man to his tent, but retained the 300 men. And the camp of Midian was below him in the valley.” ## 士7:9 当那夜，耶和华吩咐基甸说：“起来！下到米甸营里去，因我已将他们交在你手中。 Jdg 7:9 “That same night the LORD said to him, “Arise, go down against the camp, for I have given it into your hand.” ## 士7:10 倘若你怕下去，就带你的仆人普拉下到那营里去。 Jdg 7:10 “But if you are afraid to go down, go down to the camp with Purah your servant.” ## 士7:11 你必听见他们所说的，然后你就有胆量下去攻营。”于是基甸带着仆人普拉下到营旁。 Jdg 7:11 “And you shall hear what they say, and afterward your hands shall be strengthened to go down against the camp.” Then he went down with Purah his servant to the outposts of the armed men who were in the camp.” ## 士7:12 米甸人、亚玛力人和一切东方人。都布散在平原，如同蝗虫那样多。他们的骆驼无数，多如海边的沙。 Jdg 7:12 “And the Midianites and the Amalekites and all the people of the East lay along the valley like locusts in abundance, and their camels were without number, as the sand that is on the seashore in abundance.” ## 士7:13 基甸到了，就听见一人将梦告诉同伴说：“我作了一梦，梦见一个大麦饼滚入米甸营中，到了帐幕，将帐幕撞倒，帐幕就翻转倾覆了。” Jdg 7:13 “When Gideon came, behold, a man was telling a dream to his comrade. And he said, “Behold, I dreamed a dream, and behold, a cake of barley bread tumbled into the camp of Midian and came to the tent and struck it so that it fell and turned it upside down, so that the tent lay flat.” ## 士7:14 那同伴说：“这不是别的，乃是以色列人约阿施的儿子基甸的刀；神已将米甸和全军，都交在他的手中。” Jdg 7:14 “And his comrade answered, “This is no other than the sword of Gideon the son of Joash, a man of Israel; God has given into his hand Midian and all the camp.” ## 士7:15 基甸听见这梦和梦的讲解，就敬拜神，回到以色列营中，说：“起来吧！耶和华已将米甸的军队交在你们手中了。” Jdg 7:15 “As soon as Gideon heard the telling of the dream and its interpretation, he worshiped. And he returned to the camp of Israel and said, “Arise, for the LORD has given the host of Midian into your hand.” ## 士7:16 于是基甸将三百人分作三队，把角和空瓶交在各人手里；瓶内都藏着火把。 Jdg 7:16 “And he divided the 300 men into three companies and put trumpets into the hands of all of them and empty jars, with torches inside the jars.” ## 士7:17 吩咐他们说：“你们要看我行事：我到了营的旁边怎样行，你们也要怎样行； Jdg 7:17 “And he said to them, “Look at me, and do likewise. When I come to the outskirts of the camp, do as I do.” ## 士7:18 我和一切跟随我的人吹角的时候，你们也要在营的四围吹角，喊叫说：‘耶和华和基甸的刀。’” Jdg 7:18 “When I blow the trumpet, I and all who are with me, then blow the trumpets also on every side of all the camp and shout, ‘For the LORD and for Gideon.’” ## 士7:19 基甸和跟随他的一百人，在三更之初，才换更的时候，来到营旁，就吹角，打破手中的瓶。 Jdg 7:19 So Gideon and the hundred men who were with him came to the outskirts of the camp at the beginning of the middle watch, when they had just set the watch. And they blew the trumpets and smashed the jars that were in their hands.” ## 士7:20 三队的人，就都吹角，打破瓶子，左手拿着火把，右手拿着角，喊叫说：“耶和华和基甸的刀！” Jdg 7:20 “Then the three companies blew the trumpets and broke the jars. They held in their left hands the torches, and in their right hands the trumpets to blow. And they cried out, “A sword for the LORD and for Gideon!” ## 士7:21 他们在营的四围各站各的地方，全营的人都乱窜；三百人呐喊，使他们逃跑。 Jdg 7:21 “Every man stood in his place around the camp, and all the army ran. They cried out and fled.” ## 士7:22 三百人就吹角，耶和华使全营的人用刀互相击杀，逃到西利拉的伯哈示他，直逃到靠近他巴的亚伯米何拉。 Jdg 7:22 “When they blew the 300 trumpets, the LORD set every man’s sword against his comrade and against all the army. And the army fled as far as Beth-shittah toward Zererah, as far as the border of Abel-meholah, by Tabbath.” ## 士7:23 以色列人就从拿弗他利、亚设和玛拿西全地聚集来，追赶米甸人。 Jdg 7:23 “And the men of Israel were called out from Naphtali and from Asher and from all Manasseh, and they pursued after Midian.” ## 士7:24 基甸打发人走遍以法莲山地，说：“你们下来攻击米甸人，争先把守约但河的渡口，直到伯巴拉。”于是以法莲的众人聚集，把守约但河的渡口，直到伯巴拉。 Jdg 7:24 “Gideon sent messengers throughout all the hill country of Ephraim, saying, “Come down against the Midianites and capture the waters against them, as far as Beth-barah, and also the Jordan.” So all the men of Ephraim were called out, and they captured the waters as far as Beth-barah, and also the Jordan.” ## 士7:25 捉住了米甸人的两个首领：一名俄立，一名西伊伯；将俄立杀在俄立磐石上，将西伊伯杀在西伊伯酒醡那里。又追赶米甸人，将俄立和西伊伯的首级，带过约但河，到基甸那里。 Jdg 7:25 “And they captured the two princes of Midian, Oreb and Zeeb. They killed Oreb at the rock of Oreb, and Zeeb they killed at the winepress of Zeeb. Then they pursued Midian, and they brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon across the Jordan.”
