# 书-Jos 22 ## 书22:1 当时，约书亚召了流便人、迦得人和玛拿西半支派的人来， Jos 22:1 “At that time Joshua summoned the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh,” ## 书22:2 对他们说：“耶和华仆人摩西所吩咐你们的，你们都遵守了；我所吩咐你们的，你们也都听从了。 Jos 22:2 “and said to them, “You have kept all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you and have obeyed my voice in all that I have commanded you.” ## 书22:3 你们这许多日子，总没有撇离你们的弟兄，直到今日，并守了耶和华你们神所吩咐你们当守的。 Jos 22:3 “You have not forsaken your brothers these many days, down to this day, but have been careful to keep the charge of the LORD your God.” ## 书22:4 如今耶和华你们神照着他所应许的，使你们弟兄得享平安，现在可以转回你们的帐棚，到耶和华的仆人摩西在约但河东所赐你们为业之地。 Jos 22:4 “And now the LORD your God has given rest to your brothers, as he promised them. Therefore turn and go to your tents in the land where your possession lies, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave you on the other side of the Jordan.” ## 书22:5 只要切切地谨慎遵行耶和华仆人摩西所吩咐你们的诫命、律法，爱耶和华你们的神，行他一切的道，守他的诫命，专靠他，尽心尽性事奉他。” Jos 22:5 “Only be very careful to observe the commandment and the law that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, to love the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways and to keep his commandments and to cling to him and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.” ## 书22:6 于是约书亚为他们祝福，打发他们去，他们就回自己的帐棚去了。 Jos 22:6 “So Joshua blessed them and sent them away, and they went to their tents.” ## 书22:7 玛拿西那半支派，摩西早已在巴珊分给他们地业。这半支派，约书亚在约但河西，在他们弟兄中，分给他们地业。约书亚打发他们回帐棚的时候，为他们祝福， Jos 22:7 “Now to the one half of the tribe of Manasseh Moses had given a possession in Bashan, but to the other half Joshua had given a possession beside their brothers in the land west of the Jordan. And when Joshua sent them away to their homes and blessed them,” ## 书22:8 对他们说：“你们带许多财物，许多牲畜和金、银、铜、铁，并许多衣服，回你们的帐棚去，要将你们从仇敌夺来的物，与你们众弟兄同分。” Jos 22:8 “he said to them, “Go back to your tents with much wealth and with very much livestock, with silver, gold, bronze, and iron, and with much clothing. Divide the spoil of your enemies with your brothers.” ## 书22:9 于是流便人、迦得人、玛拿西半支派的人，从迦南地的示罗起行，离开以色列人，回往他们得为业的基列地，就是照耶和华借摩西所吩咐的得了为业之地。 Jos 22:9 “So the people of Reuben and the people of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh returned home, parting from the people of Israel at Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan, to go to the land of Gilead, their own land of which they had possessed themselves by command of the LORD through Moses.” ## 书22:10 流便人、迦得人和玛拿西半支派的人，到了靠近约但河的一带迦南地，就在约但河那里，筑了一座坛；那坛看着高大。 Jos 22:10 “And when they came to the region of the Jordan that is in the land of Canaan, the people of Reuben and the people of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh built there an altar by the Jordan, an altar of imposing size.” ## 书22:11 以色列人听说流便人、迦得人、玛拿西半支派的人，靠近约但河边，在迦南地属以色列人的那边筑了一座坛， Jos 22:11 “And the people of Israel heard it said, “Behold, the people of Reuben and the people of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh have built the altar at the frontier of the land of Canaan, in the region about the Jordan, on the side that belongs to the people of Israel.” ## 书22:12 全会众一听见，就聚集在示罗，要上去攻打他们。 Jos 22:12 “And when the people of Israel heard of it, the whole assembly of the people of Israel gathered at Shiloh to make war against them.” ## 书22:13 以色列人打发祭司以利亚撒的儿子非尼哈，往基列地去见流便人、迦得人、玛拿西半支派的人。 Jos 22:13 “Then the people of Israel sent to the people of Reuben and the people of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh, in the land of Gilead, Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest,” ## 书22:14 又打发十个首领与非尼哈同去，就是以色列每支派的一个首领，都是以色列军中的统领。 Jos 22:14 “and with him ten chiefs, one from each of the tribal families of Israel, every one of them the head of a family among the clans of Israel.” ## 书22:15 他们到了基列地，见流便人、迦得人和玛拿西半支派的人，对他们说： Jos 22:15 “And they came to the people of Reuben, the people of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, in the land of Gilead, and they said to them,” ## 书22:16 “耶和华全会众这样说，你们今日转去不跟从耶和华，干犯以色列的神，为自己筑一座坛，悖逆了耶和华，这犯的是什么罪呢？ Jos 22:16 “Thus says the whole congregation of the LORD, ‘What is this breach of faith that you have committed against the God of Israel in turning away this day from following the LORD by building yourselves an altar this day in rebellion against the LORD?” ## 书22:17 从前拜毗珥的罪孽，还算小吗？虽然瘟疫临到耶和华的会众，到今日我们还没有洗净这罪。 Jos 22:17 “Have we not had enough of the sin at Peor from which even yet we have not cleansed ourselves, and for which there came a plague upon the congregation of the LORD,” ## 书22:18 你们今日竟转去不跟从耶和华吗？你们今日既悖逆耶和华，明日他必向以色列全会众发怒。 Jos 22:18 that you too must turn away this day from following the LORD? And if you too rebel against the LORD today then tomorrow he will be angry with the whole congregation of Israel. ## 书22:19 你们所得为业之地，若嫌不洁净，就可以过到耶和华之地，就是耶和华的帐幕所住之地，在我们中间得地业；只是不可悖逆耶和华，也不可得罪我们，在耶和华我们神的坛以外为自己筑坛。 Jos 22:19 “But now, if the land of your possession is unclean, pass over into the LORD’s land where the LORD’s tabernacle stands, and take for yourselves a possession among us. Only do not rebel against the LORD or make us as rebels by building for yourselves an altar other than the altar of the LORD our God.” ## 书22:20 从前谢拉的曾孙亚干，岂不是在那当灭的物上犯了罪，就有忿怒临到以色列全会众吗？那人在所犯的罪中，不独一人死亡。” Jos 22:20 “Did not Achan the son of Zerah break faith in the matter of the devoted things, and wrath fell upon all the congregation of Israel? And he did not perish alone for his iniquity.’” ## 书22:21 于是流便人、迦得人、玛拿西半支派的人，回答以色列军中的统领说： Jos 22:21 “Then the people of Reuben, the people of Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh said in answer to the heads of the families of Israel,” ## 书22:22 “大能者神耶和华，大能者神耶和华，他是知道的。以色列人也必知道。我们若有悖逆的意思，或是干犯耶和华(愿你今日不保佑我们)， Jos 22:22 “The Mighty One, God, the LORD! The Mighty One, God, the LORD! He knows; and let Israel itself know! If it was in rebellion or in breach of faith against the LORD, do not spare us today” ## 书22:23 为自己筑坛，要转去不跟从耶和华，或是要将燔祭、素祭、平安祭献在坛上，愿耶和华亲自讨我们的罪。 Jos 22:23 “for building an altar to turn away from following the LORD. Or if we did so to offer burnt offerings or grain offerings or peace offerings on it, may the LORD himself take vengeance.” ## 书22:24 我们行这事并非无故，是特意作的，说：恐怕日后你们的子孙对我们的子孙说，你们与耶和华以色列的神，有何关涉呢？ Jos 22:24 “No, but we did it from fear that in time to come your children might say to our children, ‘What have you to do with the LORD, the God of Israel?” ## 书22:25 因为耶和华把约但河定为我们和你们这流便人、迦得人的交界，你们与耶和华无分了。这样，你们的子孙，就使我们的子孙，不再敬畏耶和华了。 Jos 22:25 “For the LORD has made the Jordan a boundary between us and you, you people of Reuben and people of Gad. You have no portion in the LORD.’ So your children might make our children cease to worship the LORD.” ## 书22:26 因此我们说：不如为自己筑一座坛，不是为献燔祭，也不是为献别的祭； Jos 22:26 “Therefore we said, ‘Let us now build an altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice,” ## 书22:27 乃是为你我中间和你我后人中间作证据，好叫我们也在耶和华面前献燔祭、平安祭和别的祭事奉他，免得你们的子孙，日后对我们的子孙说，你们与耶和华无分了。 Jos 22:27 “but to be a witness between us and you, and between our generations after us, that we do perform the service of the LORD in his presence with our burnt offerings and sacrifices and peace offerings, so your children will not say to our children in time to come, “You have no portion in the LORD.”’” ## 书22:28 所以我们说：日后你们对我们，或对我们的后人这样说，我们就可以回答说，你们看我们列祖所筑的坛，是耶和华坛的样式，这并不是为献燔祭，也不是为献别的祭，乃是为作你我中间的证据。 Jos 22:28 “And we thought, If this should be said to us or to our descendants in time to come, we should say, ‘Behold, the copy of the altar of the LORD, which our fathers made, not for burnt offerings, nor for sacrifice, but to be a witness between us and you.’” ## 书22:29 我们在耶和华我们神帐幕前的坛以外，另筑一座坛，为献燔祭、素祭和别的祭，悖逆耶和华，今日转去不跟从他，我们断没有这个意思。” Jos 22:29 “Far be it from us that we should rebel against the LORD and turn away this day from following the LORD by building an altar for burnt offering, grain offering, or sacrifice, other than the altar of the LORD our God that stands before his tabernacle!” ## 书22:30 祭司非尼哈与会中的首领，就是与他同来以色列军中的统领，听见流便人、迦得人、玛拿西人所说的话，就都以为美。 Jos 22:30 “When Phinehas the priest and the chiefs of the congregation, the heads of the families of Israel who were with him, heard the words that the people of Reuben and the people of Gad and the people of Manasseh spoke, it was good in their eyes.” ## 书22:31 祭司以利亚撒的儿子非尼哈，对流便人、迦得人、玛拿西人说：“今日我们知道耶和华在我们中间，因为你们没有向他犯了这罪，现在你们救以色列人脱离耶和华的手了。” Jos 22:31 “And Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest said to the people of Reuben and the people of Gad and the people of Manasseh, “Today we know that the LORD is in our midst, because you have not committed this breach of faith against the LORD. Now you have delivered the people of Israel from the hand of the LORD.” ## 书22:32 祭司以利亚撒的儿子非尼哈，与众首领离了流便人、迦得人，从基列地回往迦南地，到了以色列人那里，便将这事回报他们。 Jos 22:32 “Then Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, and the chiefs, returned from the people of Reuben and the people of Gad in the land of Gilead to the land of Canaan, to the people of Israel, and brought back word to them.” ## 书22:33 以色列人以这事为美，就称颂神，不再提上去攻打流便人、迦得人、毁坏他们所住的地了。 Jos 22:33 And the report was good in the eyes of the people of Israel. And the people of Israel blessed God and spoke no more of making war against them to destroy the land where the people of Reuben and the people of Gad were settled. ## 书22:34 流便人、迦得人给坛起名叫证坛，意思说：这坛在我们中间证明耶和华是神。 Jos 22:34 “The people of Reuben and the people of Gad called the altar Witness, “For,” they said, “it is a witness between us that the LORD is God.”
