# 申-Deu 25 ## 申25:1 “人若有争讼，来听审判；审判官就要定义人有理，定恶人有罪。 Deu 25:1 “If there is a dispute between men and they come into court and the judges decide between them, acquitting the innocent and condemning the guilty,” ## 申25:2 恶人若该受责打，审判官就要叫他当面伏在地上，按着他的罪照数责打。 Deu 25:2 “then if the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall cause him to lie down and be beaten in his presence with a number of stripes in proportion to his offense.” ## 申25:3 只可打他四十下，不可过数；若过数，便是轻贱你的弟兄了。 Deu 25:3 “Forty stripes may be given him, but not more, lest, if one should go on to beat him with more stripes than these, your brother be degraded in your sight.” ## 申25:4 “牛在场上踹谷的时候，不可笼住它的嘴。 Deu 25:4 You shall not muzzle an ox when it is treading out the grain. ## 申25:5 “弟兄同居，若死了一个，没有儿子，死人的妻不可出嫁外人，她丈夫的兄弟当尽弟兄的本分，娶她为妻，与她同房。 Deu 25:5 “If brothers dwell together, and one of them dies and has no son, the wife of the dead man shall not be married outside the family to a stranger. Her husband’s brother shall go in to her and take her as his wife and perform the duty of a husband’s brother to her.” ## 申25:6 妇人生的长子必归死兄的名下，免得他的名在以色列中涂抹了。 Deu 25:6 “And the first son whom she bears shall succeed to the name of his dead brother, that his name may not be blotted out of Israel.” ## 申25:7 那人若不愿意娶他哥哥的妻，他哥哥的妻就要到城门长老那里，说：‘我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中兴起他哥哥的名字，不给我尽弟兄的本分。’ Deu 25:7 “And if the man does not wish to take his brother’s wife, then his brother’s wife shall go up to the gate to the elders and say, ‘My husband’s brother refuses to perpetuate his brother’s name in Israel; he will not perform the duty of a husband’s brother to me.’” ## 申25:8 本城的长老就要召那人来问他，他若执意说：‘我不愿意娶她。’ Deu 25:8 “Then the elders of his city shall call him and speak to him, and if he persists, saying, ‘I do not wish to take her,’” ## 申25:9 他哥哥的妻就要当着长老到那人的跟前，脱了他的鞋，吐唾沫在他脸上，说：‘凡不为哥哥建立家室的，都要这样待他。’ Deu 25:9 “then his brother’s wife shall go up to him in the presence of the elders and pull his sandal off his foot and spit in his face. And she shall answer and say, ‘So shall it be done to the man who does not build up his brother’s house.’” ## 申25:10 在以色列中，他的名必称为‘脱鞋之家。’ Deu 25:10 “And the name of his house shall be called in Israel, ‘The house of him who had his sandal pulled off.’” ## 申25:11 “若有二人争斗，这人的妻近前来，要救她丈夫脱离那打她丈夫之人的手，抓住那人的下体， Deu 25:11 “When men fight with one another and the wife of the one draws near to rescue her husband from the hand of him who is beating him and puts out her hand and seizes him by the private parts,” ## 申25:12 就要砍断妇人的手，眼不可顾惜她。 Deu 25:12 then you shall cut off her hand. Your eye shall have no pity. ## 申25:13 “你囊中不可有一大一小两样的法码。 Deu 25:13 “You shall not have in your bag two kinds of weights, a large and a small.” ## 申25:14 你家里不可有一大一小两样的升斗。 Deu 25:14 “You shall not have in your house two kinds of measures, a large and a small.” ## 申25:15 当用对准公平的法码，公平的升斗。这样，在耶和华你神所赐你的地上，你的日子就可以长久。 Deu 25:15 “A full and fair weight you shall have, a full and fair measure you shall have, that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you.” ## 申25:16 因为行非义之事的人，都是耶和华你神所憎恶的。 Deu 25:16 “For all who do such things, all who act dishonestly, are an abomination to the LORD your God.” ## 申25:17 “你要记念你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力人在路上怎样待你。 Deu 25:17 “Remember what Amalek did to you on the way as you came out of Egypt,” ## 申25:18 他们在路上遇见你，趁你疲乏困倦，击杀你尽后边软弱的人，并不敬畏神。 Deu 25:18 “how he attacked you on the way when you were faint and weary, and cut off your tail, those who were lagging behind you, and he did not fear God.” ## 申25:19 所以耶和华你神使你不被四围一切的仇敌扰乱，在耶和华你神赐你为业的地上，得享平安。那时，你要将亚玛力的名号，从天下涂抹了，不可忘记。” Deu 25:19 “Therefore when the LORD your God has given you rest from all your enemies around you, in the land that the LORD your God is giving you for an inheritance to possess, you shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven; you shall not forget.”
