# 申-Deu 22 ## 申22:1 “你若看见弟兄的牛或羊失迷了路，不可佯为不见，总要把它牵回来交给你的弟兄。 Deu 22:1 You shall not see your brother’s ox or his sheep going astray and ignore them. You shall take them back to your brother. ## 申22:2 你弟兄若离你远，或是你不认识他，就要牵到你家去，留在你那里，等你弟兄来寻找就还给他。 Deu 22:2 “And if he does not live near you and you do not know who he is, you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall stay with you until your brother seeks it. Then you shall restore it to him.” ## 申22:3 你的弟兄无论失落什么，或是驴，或是衣服，你若遇见，都要这样行，不可佯为不见。 Deu 22:3 “And you shall do the same with his donkey or with his garment, or with any lost thing of your brother’s, which he loses and you find; you may not ignore it.” ## 申22:4 你若看见弟兄的牛或驴跌倒在路上，不可佯为不见，总要帮助他拉起来。 Deu 22:4 You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen down by the way and ignore them. You shall help him to lift them up again. ## 申22:5 “妇女不可穿戴男子所穿戴的；男子也不可穿妇女的衣服，因为这样行都是耶和华你神所憎恶的。 Deu 22:5 “A woman shall not wear a man’s garment, nor shall a man put on a woman’s cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God.” ## 申22:6 “你若路上遇见鸟窝，或在树上，或在地上，里头有雏或有蛋，母鸟伏在雏上，或在蛋上，你不可连母带雏一并取去。 Deu 22:6 “If you come across a bird’s nest in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs and the mother sitting on the young or on the eggs, you shall not take the mother with the young.” ## 申22:7 总要放母，只可取雏，这样你就可以享福，日子得以长久。 Deu 22:7 “You shall let the mother go, but the young you may take for yourself, that it may go well with you, and that you may live long.” ## 申22:8 “你若建造房屋，要在房上的四围安栏杆，免得有人从房上掉下来，流血的罪就归于你家。 Deu 22:8 “When you build a new house, you shall make a parapet for your roof, that you may not bring the guilt of blood upon your house, if anyone should fall from it.” ## 申22:9 “不可把两样种子种在你的葡萄园里，免得你撒种所结的，和葡萄园的果子，都要充公。 Deu 22:9 “You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed, lest the whole yield be forfeited, the crop that you have sown and the yield of the vineyard.” ## 申22:10 “不可并用牛驴耕地。 Deu 22:10 You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together. ## 申22:11 “不可穿羊毛细麻两样搀杂料作的衣服。 Deu 22:11 You shall not wear cloth of wool and linen mixed together. ## 申22:12 “你要在所披的外衣上四围作繸子。 Deu 22:12 You shall make yourself tassels on the four corners of the garment with which you cover yourself. ## 申22:13 “人若娶妻，与她同房之后恨恶她， Deu 22:13 If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then hates her ## 申22:14 信口说她，将丑名加在她身上，说：‘我娶了这女子，与她同房，见她没有贞洁的凭据。’ Deu 22:14 “and accuses her of misconduct and brings a bad name upon her, saying, ‘I took this woman, and when I came near her, I did not find in her evidence of virginity,’” ## 申22:15 “女子的父母就要把女子贞洁的凭据拿出来，带到本城门长老那里。 Deu 22:15 then the father of the young woman and her mother shall take and bring out the evidence of her virginity to the elders of the city in the gate. ## 申22:16 女子的父亲要对长老说：‘我将我的女儿给这人为妻，他恨恶她， Deu 22:16 “And the father of the young woman shall say to the elders, ‘I gave my daughter to this man to marry, and he hates her;” ## 申22:17 信口说她，说，我见你的女儿没有贞洁的凭据，其实这就是我女儿贞洁的凭据。’父母就把那布铺在本城的长老面前。 Deu 22:17 “and behold, he has accused her of misconduct, saying, “I did not find in your daughter evidence of virginity.” And yet this is the evidence of my daughter’s virginity.’ And they shall spread the cloak before the elders of the city.” ## 申22:18 本城的长老要拿住那人，惩治他， Deu 22:18 “Then the elders of that city shall take the man and whip him,” ## 申22:19 并要罚他一百舍客勒银子给女子的父亲，因为他将丑名加在以色列的一个处女身上。女子仍作他的妻，终身不可休她。 Deu 22:19 “and they shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give them to the father of the young woman, because he has brought a bad name upon a virgin of Israel. And she shall be his wife. He may not divorce her all his days.” ## 申22:20 “但这事若是真的，女子没有贞洁的凭据， Deu 22:20 “But if the thing is true, that evidence of virginity was not found in the young woman,” ## 申22:21 就要将女子带到她父家的门口，本城的人要用石头将她打死，因为她在父家行了淫乱，在以色列中作了丑事。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。 Deu 22:21 “then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done an outrageous thing in Israel by whoring in her father’s house. So you shall purge the evil from your midst.” ## 申22:22 “若遇见人与有丈夫的妇人行淫，就要将奸夫淫妇一并治死。这样，就把那恶从以色列中除掉。 Deu 22:22 “If a man is found lying with the wife of another man, both of them shall die, the man who lay with the woman, and the woman. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.” ## 申22:23 “若有处女已经许配丈夫，有人在城里遇见她，与她行淫， Deu 22:23 “If there is a betrothed virgin, and a man meets her in the city and lies with her,” ## 申22:24 你们就要把这二人带到本城门，用石头打死，女子是因为虽在城里，却没有喊叫，男子是因为玷污别人的妻。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。 Deu 22:24 “then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones, the young woman because she did not cry for help though she was in the city, and the man because he violated his neighbor’s wife. So you shall purge the evil from your midst.” ## 申22:25 “若有男子在田野遇见已经许配人的女子，强与她行淫，只要将那男子治死； Deu 22:25 “But if in the open country a man meets a young woman who is betrothed, and the man seizes her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die.” ## 申22:26 但不可办女子，她本没有该死的罪，这事就类乎人起来攻击邻舍，将他杀了一样。 Deu 22:26 “But you shall do nothing to the young woman; she has committed no offense punishable by death. For this case is like that of a man attacking and murdering his neighbor,” ## 申22:27 因为男子是在田野遇见那已经许配人的女子，女子喊叫，并无人救她。 Deu 22:27 “because he met her in the open country, and though the betrothed young woman cried for help there was no one to rescue her.” ## 申22:28 “若有男子遇见没有许配人的处女，抓住她，与她行淫，被人看见， Deu 22:28 “If a man meets a virgin who is not betrothed, and seizes her and lies with her, and they are found,” ## 申22:29 这男子就要拿五十舍客勒银子给女子的父亲，因他玷污了这女子，就要娶她为妻，终身不可休她。 Deu 22:29 “then the man who lay with her shall give to the father of the young woman fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife, because he has violated her. He may not divorce her all his days.” ## 申22:30 “人不可娶继母为妻，不可掀开他父亲的衣襟。” Deu 22:30 “A man shall not take his father’s wife, so that he does not uncover his father’s nakedness.”
