# 申-Deu 17 ## 申17:1 “凡有残疾，或有什么恶病的牛羊，你都不可献给耶和华你的神，因为这是耶和华你神所憎恶的。 Deu 17:1 “You shall not sacrifice to the LORD your God an ox or a sheep in which is a blemish, any defect whatever, for that is an abomination to the LORD your God.” ## 申17:2 “在你们中间，在耶和华你神所赐你的诸城中，无论哪座城里，若有人，或男或女，行耶和华你神眼中看为恶的事，违背了他的约， Deu 17:2 “If there is found among you, within any of your towns that the LORD your God is giving you, a man or woman who does what is evil in the sight of the LORD your God, in transgressing his covenant,” ## 申17:3 去事奉敬拜别神，或拜日头，或拜月亮，或拜天象，是主不曾吩咐的； Deu 17:3 “and has gone and served other gods and worshiped them, or the sun or the moon or any of the host of heaven, which I have forbidden,” ## 申17:4 有人告诉你，你也听见了，就要细细地探听，果然是真，准有这可憎恶的事，行在以色列中， Deu 17:4 “and it is told you and you hear of it, then you shall inquire diligently, and if it is true and certain that such an abomination has been done in Israel,” ## 申17:5 你就要将行这恶事的男人或女人拉到城门外，用石头将他打死。 Deu 17:5 “then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has done this evil thing, and you shall stone that man or woman to death with stones.” ## 申17:6 要凭两三个人的口作见证，将那当死的人治死，不可凭一个人的口作见证，将他治死。 Deu 17:6 On the evidence of two witnesses or of three witnesses the one who is to die shall be put to death; a person shall not be put to death on the evidence of one witness. ## 申17:7 见证人要先下手，然后众民也下手，将他治死。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。 Deu 17:7 “The hand of the witnesses shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. So you shall purge the evil from your midst.” ## 申17:8 “你城中若起了争讼的事，或因流血，或因争竞，或因殴打，是你难断的案件，你就当起来，往耶和华你神所选择的地方， Deu 17:8 “If any case arises requiring decision between one kind of homicide and another, one kind of legal right and another, or one kind of assault and another, any case within your towns that is too difficult for you, then you shall arise and go up to the place that the LORD your God will choose.” ## 申17:9 去见祭司利未人，并当时的审判官，求问他们；他们必将判语指示你。 Deu 17:9 “And you shall come to the Levitical priests and to the judge who is in office in those days, and you shall consult them, and they shall declare to you the decision.” ## 申17:10 他们在耶和华所选择的地方指示你的判语，你必照着他们所指教你的一切话，谨守遵行。 Deu 17:10 Then you shall do according to what they declare to you from that place that the LORD will choose. And you shall be careful to do according to all that they direct you. ## 申17:11 要按他们所指教你的律法，照他们所断定的去行，他们所指示你的判语，你不可偏离左右。 Deu 17:11 “According to the instructions that they give you, and according to the decision which they pronounce to you, you shall do. You shall not turn aside from the verdict that they declare to you, either to the right hand or to the left.” ## 申17:12 若有人擅敢不听从那侍立在耶和华你神面前的祭司，或不听从审判官，那人就必治死。这样，便将那恶从以色列中除掉。 Deu 17:12 “The man who acts presumptuously by not obeying the priest who stands to minister there before the LORD your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.” ## 申17:13 众百姓都要听见害怕，不再擅敢行事。” Deu 17:13 And all the people shall hear and fear and not act presumptuously again. ## 申17:14 “到了耶和华你神所赐你的地，得了那地居住的时候，若说：‘我要立王治理我，象四围的国一样。’ Deu 17:14 “When you come to the land that the LORD your God is giving you, and you possess it and dwell in it and then say, ‘I will set a king over me, like all the nations that are around me,’” ## 申17:15 你总要立耶和华你神所拣选的人为王。必从你弟兄中立一人，不可立你弟兄以外的人为王。 Deu 17:15 “you may indeed set a king over you whom the LORD your God will choose. One from among your brothers you shall set as king over you. You may not put a foreigner over you, who is not your brother.” ## 申17:16 只是王不可为自己加添马匹，也不可使百姓回埃及去，为要加添他的马匹；因耶和华曾吩咐你们说：‘不可再回那条路去。’ Deu 17:16 “Only he must not acquire many horses for himself or cause the people to return to Egypt in order to acquire many horses, since the LORD has said to you, ‘You shall never return that way again.’” ## 申17:17 他也不可为自己多立妃嫔，恐怕他的心偏邪；也不可为自己多积金银。 Deu 17:17 “And he shall not acquire many wives for himself, lest his heart turn away, nor shall he acquire for himself excessive silver and gold.” ## 申17:18 他登了国位，就要将祭司利未人面前的这律法书，为自己抄录一本， Deu 17:18 “And when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, he shall write for himself in a book a copy of this law, approved by the Levitical priests.” ## 申17:19 存在他那里，要平生诵读，好学习敬畏耶和华他的神，谨守遵行这律法书上的一切言语和这些律例。 Deu 17:19 “And it shall be with him, and he shall read in it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear the LORD his God by keeping all the words of this law and these statutes, and doing them,” ## 申17:20 免得他向弟兄心高气傲，偏左偏右，离了这诫命。这样，他和他的子孙便可在以色列中，在国位上年长日久。” Deu 17:20 “that his heart may not be lifted up above his brothers, and that he may not turn aside from the commandment, either to the right hand or to the left, so that he may continue long in his kingdom, he and his children, in Israel.”
