# 民-Num 35 ## 民35:1 耶和华在摩押平原，约但河边，耶利哥对面晓谕摩西说： Num 35:1 “The LORD spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,” ## 民35:2 “你吩咐以色列人，要从所得为业的地中，把些城给利未人居住，也要把这城四围的郊野给利未人。 Num 35:2 Command the people of Israel to give to the Levites some of the inheritance of their possession as cities for them to dwell in. And you shall give to the Levites pasturelands around the cities. ## 民35:3 这城邑要归他们居住，城邑的郊野，可以牧养他们的牛羊和各样的牲畜，又可以安置他们的财物。 Num 35:3 “The cities shall be theirs to dwell in, and their pasturelands shall be for their cattle and for their livestock and for all their beasts.” ## 民35:4 你们给利未人的郊野，要从城根起，四围往外量一千肘。 Num 35:4 “The pasturelands of the cities, which you shall give to the Levites, shall reach from the wall of the city outward a thousand cubits all around.” ## 民35:5 另外东量二千肘、南量二千肘、西量二千肘、北量二千肘为边界，城在当中；这要归他们作城邑的郊野。 Num 35:5 “And you shall measure, outside the city, on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits, the city being in the middle. This shall belong to them as pastureland for their cities.” ## 民35:6 你们给利未人的城邑，其中当有六座逃城，使误杀人的可以逃到那里。此外还要给他们四十二座城。 Num 35:6 “The cities that you give to the Levites shall be the six cities of refuge, where you shall permit the manslayer to flee, and in addition to them you shall give forty-two cities.” ## 民35:7 你们要给利未人的城，共有四十八座，连城带郊野，都要给他们。 Num 35:7 “All the cities that you give to the Levites shall be forty-eight, with their pasturelands.” ## 民35:8 以色列人所得的地业，从中要把些城邑给利未人；人多的就多给，人少的就少给；各支派要按所承受为业之地，把城邑给利未人。” Num 35:8 “And as for the cities that you shall give from the possession of the people of Israel, from the larger tribes you shall take many, and from the smaller tribes you shall take few; each, in proportion to the inheritance that it inherits, shall give of its cities to the Levites.” ## 民35:9 耶和华晓谕摩西说： Num 35:9 “And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,” ## 民35:10 “你吩咐以色列人说：你们过约但河，进了迦南地， Num 35:10 “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,” ## 民35:11 就要分出几座城，为你们作逃城，使误杀人的可以逃到那里。 Num 35:11 “then you shall select cities to be cities of refuge for you, that the manslayer who kills any person without intent may flee there.” ## 民35:12 这些城，可以作逃避报仇人的城，使误杀人的不至于死，等他站在会众面前听审判。 Num 35:12 “The cities shall be for you a refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer may not die until he stands before the congregation for judgment.” ## 民35:13 你们所分出来的城，要作六座逃城。 Num 35:13 And the cities that you give shall be your six cities of refuge. ## 民35:14 在约但河东要分出三座城；在迦南地也要分出三座城，都作逃城。 Num 35:14 “You shall give three cities beyond the Jordan, and three cities in the land of Canaan, to be cities of refuge.” ## 民35:15 这六座城要给以色列人和他们中间的外人，并寄居的，作为逃城，使误杀人的都可以逃到那里。 Num 35:15 “These six cities shall be for refuge for the people of Israel, and for the stranger and for the sojourner among them, that anyone who kills any person without intent may flee there.” ## 民35:16 “倘若人用铁器打人，以致打死，他就是故杀人的；故杀人的必被治死。 Num 35:16 “But if he struck him down with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall be put to death.” ## 民35:17 若用可以打死人的石头打死了人，他就是故杀人的；故杀人的必被治死。 Num 35:17 “And if he struck him down with a stone tool that could cause death, and he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall be put to death.” ## 民35:18 若用可以打死人的木器打死了人，他就是故杀人的；故杀人的必被治死。 Num 35:18 “Or if he struck him down with a wooden tool that could cause death, and he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall be put to death.” ## 民35:19 报血仇的必亲自杀那故杀人的，一遇见就杀他。 Num 35:19 “The avenger of blood shall himself put the murderer to death; when he meets him, he shall put him to death.” ## 民35:20 人若因怨恨把人推倒，或是埋伏往人身上扔物，以致于死； Num 35:20 “And if he pushed him out of hatred or hurled something at him, lying in wait, so that he died,” ## 民35:21 或是因仇恨用手打人，以致于死；那打人的，必被治死。他是故杀人的，报血仇的一遇见就杀他。 Num 35:21 “or in enmity struck him down with his hand, so that he died, then he who struck the blow shall be put to death. He is a murderer. The avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death when he meets him.” ## 民35:22 “倘若人没有仇恨，忽然将人推倒；或是没有埋伏，把物扔在人身上； Num 35:22 “But if he pushed him suddenly without enmity, or hurled anything on him without lying in wait” ## 民35:23 或是没有看见的时候，用可以打死人的石头，扔在人身上，以致于死，本来与他无仇，也无意害他。 Num 35:23 “or used a stone that could cause death, and without seeing him dropped it on him, so that he died, though he was not his enemy and did not seek his harm,” ## 民35:24 会众就要照典章，在打死人的和报血仇的中间审判。 Num 35:24 “then the congregation shall judge between the manslayer and the avenger of blood, in accordance with these rules.” ## 民35:25 会众要救这误杀人的脱离报血仇人的手，也要使他归入逃城。他要住在其中，直等到受圣膏的大祭司死了。 Num 35:25 “And the congregation shall rescue the manslayer from the hand of the avenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge to which he had fled, and he shall live in it until the death of the high priest who was anointed with the holy oil.” ## 民35:26 但误杀人的，无论什么时候，若出了逃城的境外； Num 35:26 “But if the manslayer shall at any time go beyond the boundaries of his city of refuge to which he fled,” ## 民35:27 报血仇的在逃城境外遇见他，将他杀了，报血仇的就没有流血之罪。 Num 35:27 “and the avenger of blood finds him outside the boundaries of his city of refuge, and the avenger of blood kills the manslayer, he shall not be guilty of blood.” ## 民35:28 因为误杀人的该住在逃城里，等到大祭司死了。大祭司死了以后，误杀人的才可以回到他所得为业之地。 Num 35:28 “For he must remain in his city of refuge until the death of the high priest, but after the death of the high priest the manslayer may return to the land of his possession.” ## 民35:29 这在你们一切的住处，要作你们世世代代的律例、典章。 Num 35:29 And these things shall be for a statute and rule for you throughout your generations in all your dwelling places. ## 民35:30 “无论谁故杀人，要凭几个见证人的口，把那故杀人的杀了，只是不可凭一个见证的口叫人死。 Num 35:30 “If anyone kills a person, the murderer shall be put to death on the evidence of witnesses. But no person shall be put to death on the testimony of one witness.” ## 民35:31 故杀人、犯死罪的，你们不可收赎价代替他的命，他必被治死。 Num 35:31 “Moreover, you shall accept no ransom for the life of a murderer, who is guilty of death, but he shall be put to death.” ## 民35:32 那逃到逃城的人，你们不可为他收赎价，使他在大祭司未死以先，再来住在本地。 Num 35:32 “And you shall accept no ransom for him who has fled to his city of refuge, that he may return to dwell in the land before the death of the high priest.” ## 民35:33 这样，你们就不污秽所住之地，因为血是污秽地的；若有在地上流人血的，非流那杀人者的血，那地就不得洁净(“洁净”原文作“赎”)。 Num 35:33 “You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.” ## 民35:34 你们不可玷污所住之地，就是我住在其中之地，因为我耶和华住在以色列人中间。” Num 35:34 “You shall not defile the land in which you live, in the midst of which I dwell, for I the LORD dwell in the midst of the people of Israel.”
