# 利-lev 25 ## 利25:1 耶和华在西奈山对摩西说： Lev 25:1 “The LORD spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai, saying,” ## 利25:2 “你晓谕以色列人说：你们到了我所赐你们那地的时候，地就要向耶和华守安息。 Lev 25:2 “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land that I give you, the land shall keep a Sabbath to the LORD.” ## 利25:3 六年要耕种田地，也要修理葡萄园，收藏地的出产。 Lev 25:3 “For six years you shall sow your field, and for six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather in its fruits,” ## 利25:4 第七年地要守圣安息，就是向耶和华守的安息，不可耕种田地，也不可修理葡萄园。 Lev 25:4 “but in the seventh year there shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a Sabbath to the LORD. You shall not sow your field or prune your vineyard.” ## 利25:5 遗落自长的庄稼，不可收割；没有修理的葡萄树，也不可摘取葡萄。这年，地要守圣安息。 Lev 25:5 “You shall not reap what grows of itself in your harvest, or gather the grapes of your undressed vine. It shall be a year of solemn rest for the land.” ## 利25:6 地在安息年所出的，要给你和你的仆人、婢女、雇工人，并寄居的外人当食物。 Lev 25:6 “The Sabbath of the land shall provide food for you, for yourself and for your male and female slaves and for your hired servant and the sojourner who lives with you,” ## 利25:7 这年的土产，也要给你的牲畜和你地上的走兽当食物。 Lev 25:7 and for your cattle and for the wild animals that are in your land: all its yield shall be for food. ## 利25:8 “你要算计七个安息年，就是七七年。这便为你成了七个安息年，共是四十九年。 Lev 25:8 “You shall count seven weeks of years, seven times seven years, so that the time of the seven weeks of years shall give you forty-nine years.” ## 利25:9 当年七月初十日，你要大发角声；这日就是赎罪日，要在遍地发出角声。 Lev 25:9 Then you shall sound the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall sound the trumpet throughout all your land. ## 利25:10 第五十年，你们要当作圣年，在遍地给一切的居民宣告自由。这年必为你们的禧年，各人要归自己的产业，各归本家。 Lev 25:10 “And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, when each of you shall return to his property and each of you shall return to his clan.” ## 利25:11 第五十年要作为你们的禧年。这年不可耕种，地中自长的，不可收割；没有修理的葡萄树，也不可摘取葡萄； Lev 25:11 That fiftieth year shall be a jubilee for you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of itself nor gather the grapes from the undressed vines. ## 利25:12 因为这是禧年，你们要当作圣年，吃地中自出的土产。 Lev 25:12 For it is a jubilee. It shall be holy to you. You may eat the produce of the field. ## 利25:13 “这禧年，你们各人要归自己的地业。 Lev 25:13 In this year of jubilee each of you shall return to his property. ## 利25:14 你若卖什么给邻舍，或是从邻舍的手中买什么，彼此不可亏负。 Lev 25:14 “And if you make a sale to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor, you shall not wrong one another.” ## 利25:15 你要按禧年以后的年数向邻舍买；他也要按年数的收成卖给你。 Lev 25:15 “You shall pay your neighbor according to the number of years after the jubilee, and he shall sell to you according to the number of years for crops.” ## 利25:16 年岁若多，要照数加添价值；年岁若少，要照数减去价值；因为他照收成的数目卖给你。 Lev 25:16 “If the years are many, you shall increase the price, and if the years are few, you shall reduce the price, for it is the number of the crops that he is selling to you.” ## 利25:17 你们彼此不可亏负，只要敬畏你们的神，因为我是耶和华你们的神。 Lev 25:17 “You shall not wrong one another, but you shall fear your God, for I am the LORD your God.” ## 利25:18 “我的律例你们要遵行，我的典章你们要谨守，就可以在那地上安然居住。 Lev 25:18 “Therefore you shall do my statutes and keep my rules and perform them, and then you will dwell in the land securely.” ## 利25:19 地必出土产，你们就要吃饱，在那地上安然居住。 Lev 25:19 “The land will yield its fruit, and you will eat your fill and dwell in it securely.” ## 利25:20 你们若说：‘这第七年我们不耕种，也不收藏土产，吃什么呢？’ Lev 25:20 “And if you say, ‘What shall we eat in the seventh year, if we may not sow or gather in our crop?’” ## 利25:21 我必在第六年，将我所命的福赐给你们，地便生三年的土产。 Lev 25:21 “I will command my blessing on you in the sixth year, so that it will produce a crop sufficient for three years.” ## 利25:22 第八年你们要耕种，也要吃陈粮，等到第九年出产收来的时候，你们还吃陈粮。 Lev 25:22 “When you sow in the eighth year, you will be eating some of the old crop; you shall eat the old until the ninth year, when its crop arrives.” ## 利25:23 “地不可永卖，因为地是我的；你们在我面前是客旅，是寄居的。 Lev 25:23 “The land shall not be sold in perpetuity, for the land is mine. For you are strangers and sojourners with me.” ## 利25:24 “在你们所得为业的全地，也要准人将地赎回。 Lev 25:24 “And in all the country you possess, you shall allow a redemption of the land.” ## 利25:25 你的弟兄(“弟兄”指“本国人”说。下同。)若渐渐穷乏，卖了几分地业，他至近的亲属就要来把弟兄所卖的赎回。 Lev 25:25 “If your brother becomes poor and sells part of his property, then his nearest redeemer shall come and redeem what his brother has sold.” ## 利25:26 若没有能给他赎回的，他自己渐渐富足，能够赎回， Lev 25:26 “If a man has no one to redeem it and then himself becomes prosperous and finds sufficient means to redeem it,” ## 利25:27 就要算出卖地的年数，把余剩年数的价值还那买主，自己便归回自己的地业。 Lev 25:27 “let him calculate the years since he sold it and pay back the balance to the man to whom he sold it, and then return to his property.” ## 利25:28 倘若不能为自己得回所卖的，仍要存在买主的手里，直到禧年；到了禧年，地业要出买主的手，自己便归回自己的地业。 Lev 25:28 “But if he has not sufficient means to recover it, then what he sold shall remain in the hand of the buyer until the year of jubilee. In the jubilee it shall be released, and he shall return to his property.” ## 利25:29 “人若卖城内的住宅，卖了以后，一年之内可以赎回；在一整年，必有赎回的权柄。 Lev 25:29 “If a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, he may redeem it within a year of its sale. For a full year he shall have the right of redemption.” ## 利25:30 若在一整年之内不赎回，这城内的房屋，就定准永归买主世世代代为业；在禧年也不得出买主的手。 Lev 25:30 “If it is not redeemed within a full year, then the house in the walled city shall belong in perpetuity to the buyer, throughout his generations; it shall not be released in the jubilee.” ## 利25:31 但房屋在无城墙的村庄里，要看如乡下的田地一样，可以赎回；到了禧年，都要出买主的手。 Lev 25:31 “But the houses of the villages that have no wall around them shall be classified with the fields of the land. They may be redeemed, and they shall be released in the jubilee.” ## 利25:32 然而，利未人所得为业的城邑，其中的房屋，利未人可以随时赎回。 Lev 25:32 “As for the cities of the Levites, the Levites may redeem at any time the houses in the cities they possess.” ## 利25:33 若是一个利未人不将所卖的房屋赎回，是在所得为业的城内，到了禧年，就要出买主的手；因为利未人城邑的房屋是他们在以色列人中的产业。 Lev 25:33 “And if one of the Levites exercises his right of redemption, then the house that was sold in a city they possess shall be released in the jubilee. For the houses in the cities of the Levites are their possession among the people of Israel.” ## 利25:34 只是他们各城郊野之地不可卖，因为是他们永远的产业。 Lev 25:34 “But the fields of pastureland belonging to their cities may not be sold, for that is their possession forever.” ## 利25:35 “你的弟兄在你那里若渐渐贫穷，手中缺乏，你就要帮补他，使他与你同住，象外人和寄居的一样。 Lev 25:35 “If your brother becomes poor and cannot maintain himself with you, you shall support him as though he were a stranger and a sojourner, and he shall live with you.” ## 利25:36 不可向他取利，也不可向他多要；只要敬畏你的神，使你的弟兄与你同住。 Lev 25:36 “Take no interest from him or profit, but fear your God, that your brother may live beside you.” ## 利25:37 你借钱给他，不可向他取利；借粮给他，也不可向他多要。 Lev 25:37 “You shall not lend him your money at interest, nor give him your food for profit.” ## 利25:38 我是耶和华你们的神，曾领你们从埃及地出来，为要把迦南地赐给你们，要作你们的神。 Lev 25:38 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.” ## 利25:39 “你的弟兄若在你那里渐渐穷乏，将自己卖给你，不可叫他象奴仆服事你。 Lev 25:39 “If your brother becomes poor beside you and sells himself to you, you shall not make him serve as a slave:” ## 利25:40 他要在你那里象雇工人和寄居的一样，要服事你，直到禧年。 Lev 25:40 he shall be with you as a hired servant and as a sojourner. He shall serve with you until the year of the jubilee. ## 利25:41 到了禧年，他和他儿女要离开你，一同出去归回本家，到他祖宗的地业那里去。 Lev 25:41 “Then he shall go out from you, he and his children with him, and go back to his own clan and return to the possession of his fathers.” ## 利25:42 因为他们是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的，不可卖为奴仆， Lev 25:42 “For they are my servants, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt; they shall not be sold as slaves.” ## 利25:43 不可严严地辖管他，只要敬畏你的神。 Lev 25:43 You shall not rule over him ruthlessly but shall fear your God. ## 利25:44 至于你的奴仆、婢女，可以从你四围的国中买。 Lev 25:44 As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may buy male and female slaves from among the nations that are around you. ## 利25:45 并且那寄居在你们中间的外人和他们的家属，在你们地上所生的，你们也可以从其中买人，他们要作你们的产业。 Lev 25:45 “You may also buy from among the strangers who sojourn with you and their clans that are with you, who have been born in your land, and they may be your property.” ## 利25:46 你们要将他们遗留给你们的子孙为产业，要永远从他们中间拣出奴仆；只是你们的弟兄以色列人，你们不可严严地辖管。 Lev 25:46 “You may bequeath them to your sons after you to inherit as a possession forever. You may make slaves of them, but over your brothers the people of Israel you shall not rule, one over another ruthlessly.” ## 利25:47 “住在你那里的外人，或是寄居的，若渐渐富足，你的弟兄却渐渐穷乏，将自己卖给那外人，或是寄居的，或是外人的宗族， Lev 25:47 “If a stranger or sojourner with you becomes rich, and your brother beside him becomes poor and sells himself to the stranger or sojourner with you or to a member of the stranger’s clan,” ## 利25:48 卖了以后，可以将他赎回。无论是他的弟兄， Lev 25:48 “then after he is sold he may be redeemed. One of his brothers may redeem him,” ## 利25:49 或伯叔、伯叔的儿子，本家的近支，都可以赎他。他自己若渐渐富足，也可以自赎。 Lev 25:49 “or his uncle or his cousin may redeem him, or a close relative from his clan may redeem him. Or if he grows rich he may redeem himself.” ## 利25:50 他要和买主计算，从卖自己的那年起，算到禧年；所卖的价值照着年数多少，好象工人每年的工价。 Lev 25:50 “He shall calculate with his buyer from the year when he sold himself to him until the year of jubilee, and the price of his sale shall vary with the number of years. The time he was with his owner shall be rated as the time of a hired servant.” ## 利25:51 若缺少的年数多，就要按着年数，从买价中偿还他的赎价。 Lev 25:51 “If there are still many years left, he shall pay proportionately for his redemption some of his sale price.” ## 利25:52 若到禧年只缺少几年，就要按着年数，和买主计算，偿还他的赎价。 Lev 25:52 “If there remain but a few years until the year of jubilee, he shall calculate and pay for his redemption in proportion to his years of service.” ## 利25:53 他和买主同住，要象每年雇的工人，买主不可严严地辖管他。 Lev 25:53 He shall treat him as a servant hired year by year. He shall not rule ruthlessly over him in your sight. ## 利25:54 他若不这样被赎，到了禧年，要和他的儿女一同出去。 Lev 25:54 “And if he is not redeemed by these means, then he and his children with him shall be released in the year of jubilee.” ## 利25:55 因为以色列人都是我的仆人，是我从埃及地领出来的。我是耶和华你们的神。” Lev 25:55 For it is to me that the people of Israel are servants. They are my servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
