# 创-Gen 25 ## 创25:1 亚伯拉罕又娶了一妻，名叫基土拉。 Gen 25:1 “Abraham took another wife, whose name was Keturah.” ## 创25:2 基土拉给他生了心兰、约珊、米但、米甸、伊施巴和书亚。 Gen 25:2 “She bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah.” ## 创25:3 约珊生了示巴和底但。底但的子孙是亚书利族、利都是族和利乌米族。 Gen 25:3 “Jokshan fathered Sheba and Dedan. The sons of Dedan were Asshurim, Letushim, and Leummim.” ## 创25:4 米甸的儿子是以法、以弗、哈诺、亚比大、和以勒大。这都是基土拉的子孙。 Gen 25:4 “The sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the children of Keturah.” ## 创25:5 亚伯拉罕将一切所有的都给了以撒。 Gen 25:5 Abraham gave all he had to Isaac. ## 创25:6 亚伯拉罕把财物分给他庶出的众子，趁着自己还在世的时候，打发他们离开他的儿子以撒往东方去。 Gen 25:6 “But to the sons of his concubines Abraham gave gifts, and while he was still living he sent them away from his son Isaac, eastward to the east country.” ## 创25:7 亚伯拉罕一生的年日是一百七十五岁。 Gen 25:7 “These are the days of the years of Abraham’s life, 175 years.” ## 创25:8 亚伯拉罕寿高年迈，气绝而死，归到他列祖(原文作“本民”)那里。 Gen 25:8 “Abraham breathed his last and died in a good old age, an old man and full of years, and was gathered to his people.” ## 创25:9 他两个儿子以撒、以实玛利，把他埋葬在麦比拉洞里；这洞在幔利前、赫人琐辖的儿子以弗仑的田中， Gen 25:9 “Isaac and Ishmael his sons buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite, east of Mamre,” ## 创25:10 就是亚伯拉罕向赫人买的那块田。亚伯拉罕和他妻子撒拉，都葬在那里。 Gen 25:10 “the field that Abraham purchased from the Hittites. There Abraham was buried, with Sarah his wife.” ## 创25:11 亚伯拉罕死了以后，神赐福给他的儿子以撒。以撒靠近庇耳拉海莱居住。 Gen 25:11 “After the death of Abraham, God blessed Isaac his son. And Isaac settled at Beer-lahai-roi.” ## 创25:12 撒拉的使女埃及人夏甲，给亚伯拉罕所生的儿子是以实玛利。 Gen 25:12 “These are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah’s servant, bore to Abraham.” ## 创25:13 以实玛利儿子们的名字，按着他们的家谱，记在下面：以实玛利的长子是尼拜约，又有基达、亚德别、米比衫、 Gen 25:13 “These are the names of the sons of Ishmael, named in the order of their birth: Nebaioth, the firstborn of Ishmael; and Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,” ## 创25:14 米施玛、度玛、玛撒、 Gen 25:14 “Mishma, Dumah, Massa,” ## 创25:15 哈大、提玛、伊突、拿非施、基底玛。 Gen 25:15 “Hadad, Tema, Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah.” ## 创25:16 这是以实玛利众子的名字，照着他们的村庄、营寨，作了十二族的族长。 Gen 25:16 “These are the sons of Ishmael and these are their names, by their villages and by their encampments, twelve princes according to their tribes.” ## 创25:17 以实玛利享寿一百三十七岁，气绝而死，归到他列祖(原文作“本民”)那里。 Gen 25:17 “(These are the years of the life of Ishmael: 137 years. He breathed his last and died, and was gathered to his people.)” ## 创25:18 他子孙的住处在他众弟兄东边，从哈腓拉直到埃及前的书珥，正在亚述的道上。 Gen 25:18 “They settled from Havilah to Shur, which is opposite Egypt in the direction of Assyria. He settled over against all his kinsmen.” ## 创25:19 亚伯拉罕的儿子以撒的后代，记在下面：亚伯拉罕生以撒。 Gen 25:19 “These are the generations of Isaac, Abraham’s son: Abraham fathered Isaac,” ## 创25:20 以撒娶利百加为妻的时候，正四十岁。利百加是巴旦亚兰地的亚兰人彼土利的女儿，是亚兰人拉班的妹子。 Gen 25:20 “and Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah, the daughter of Bethuel the Aramean of Paddan-aram, the sister of Laban the Aramean, to be his wife.” ## 创25:21 以撒因他妻子不生育，就为她祈求耶和华；耶和华应允他的祈求，他的妻子利百加就怀了孕。 Gen 25:21 “And Isaac prayed to the LORD for his wife, because she was barren. And the LORD granted his prayer, and Rebekah his wife conceived.” ## 创25:22 孩子们在她腹中彼此相争，她就说：“若是这样，我为什么活着呢(或作“我为什么如此呢”)？”她就去求问耶和华。 Gen 25:22 “The children struggled together within her, and she said, “If it is thus, why is this happening to me?” So she went to inquire of the LORD.” ## 创25:23 耶和华对她说：“两国在你腹内。两族要从你身上出来；这族必强于那族，将来大的要服事小的。” Gen 25:23 “And the LORD said to her, “Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples from within you shall be divided; the one shall be stronger than the other, the older shall serve the younger.” ## 创25:24 生产的日子到了，腹中果然是双子。 Gen 25:24 “When her days to give birth were completed, behold, there were twins in her womb.” ## 创25:25 先产的身体发红，浑身有毛，如同皮衣，他们就给他起名叫以扫(“以扫”就是“有毛”的意思)。 Gen 25:25 “The first came out red, all his body like a hairy cloak, so they called his name Esau.” ## 创25:26 随后又生了以扫的兄弟，手抓住以扫的脚跟，因此给他起名叫雅各(“雅各”就是“抓住”的意思)。利百加生下两个儿子的时候，以撒年正六十岁。 Gen 25:26 “Afterward his brother came out with his hand holding Esau’s heel, so his name was called Jacob. Isaac was sixty years old when she bore them.” ## 创25:27 两个孩子渐渐长大，以扫善于打猎，常在田野。雅各为人安静，常住在帐棚里。 Gen 25:27 “When the boys grew up, Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field, while Jacob was a quiet man, dwelling in tents.” ## 创25:28 以撒爱以扫，因为常吃他的野味；利百加却爱雅各。 Gen 25:28 “Isaac loved Esau because he ate of his game, but Rebekah loved Jacob.” ## 创25:29 有一天，雅各熬汤，以扫从田野回来累昏了。 Gen 25:29 “Once when Jacob was cooking stew, Esau came in from the field, and he was exhausted.” ## 创25:30 以扫对雅各说：“我累昏了，求你把这红汤给我喝。”因此以扫又叫以东(“以东”就是“红”的意思)。 Gen 25:30 “And Esau said to Jacob, “Let me eat some of that red stew, for I am exhausted!” (Therefore his name was called Edom.)” ## 创25:31 雅各说：“你今日把长子的名分卖给我吧。” Gen 25:31 “Jacob said, “Sell me your birthright now.” ## 创25:32 以扫说：“我将要死，这长子的名分于我有什么益处呢？” Gen 25:32 “Esau said, “I am about to die; of what use is a birthright to me?” ## 创25:33 雅各说：“你今日对我起誓吧！”以扫就对他起了誓，把长子的名分卖给雅各。 Gen 25:33 “Jacob said, “Swear to me now.” So he swore to him and sold his birthright to Jacob.” ## 创25:34 于是雅各将饼和红豆汤给了以扫，以扫吃了喝了，便起来走了。这就是以扫轻看了他长子的名分。 Gen 25:34 “Then Jacob gave Esau bread and lentil stew, and he ate and drank and rose and went his way. Thus Esau despised his birthright.”
