# 创-Gen 18 ## 创18:1 耶和华在幔利橡树那里，向亚伯拉罕显现出来；那时正热，亚伯拉罕坐在帐棚门口。 Gen 18:1 “And the LORD appeared to him by the oaks of Mamre, as he sat at the door of his tent in the heat of the day.” ## 创18:2 举目观看，见有三个人在对面站着。他一见，就从帐棚门口跑去迎接他们，俯伏在地， Gen 18:2 He lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing in front of him. When he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the earth” ## 创18:3 说：“我主，我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你不要离开仆人往前去。 Gen 18:3 “and said, “O Lord, if I have found favor in your sight, do not pass by your servant.” ## 创18:4 容我拿点水来，你们洗洗脚，在树下歇息歇息。 Gen 18:4 “Let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree,” ## 创18:5 我再拿一点饼来，你们可以加添心力，然后往前去，你们既到仆人这里来，理当如此。”他们说：“就照你说的行吧。” Gen 18:5 “while I bring a morsel of bread, that you may refresh yourselves, and after that you may pass on—since you have come to your servant.” So they said, “Do as you have said.” ## 创18:6 亚伯拉罕急忙进帐棚见撒拉说：“你速速拿三细亚细面调和作饼。” Gen 18:6 “And Abraham went quickly into the tent to Sarah and said, “Quick! Three seahs of fine flour! Knead it, and make cakes.” ## 创18:7 亚伯拉罕又跑到牛群里，牵了一只又嫩又好的牛犊来，交给仆人，仆人急忙预备好了。 Gen 18:7 “And Abraham ran to the herd and took a calf, tender and good, and gave it to a young man, who prepared it quickly.” ## 创18:8 亚伯拉罕又取了奶油和奶，并预备好的牛犊来，摆在他们面前，自己在树下站在旁边，他们就吃了。 Gen 18:8 “Then he took curds and milk and the calf that he had prepared, and set it before them. And he stood by them under the tree while they ate.” ## 创18:9 他们问亚伯拉罕说：“你妻子撒拉在哪里？”他说：“在帐棚里。” Gen 18:9 “They said to him, “Where is Sarah your wife?” And he said, “She is in the tent.” ## 创18:10 三人中有一位说：“到明年这时候，我必要回到你这里，你的妻子撒拉必生一个儿子。”撒拉在那人后边的帐棚门口也听见了这话。 Gen 18:10 The LORD said, “I will surely return to you about this time next year, and Sarah your wife shall have a son.” And Sarah was listening at the tent door behind him.” ## 创18:11 亚伯拉罕和撒拉年纪老迈，撒拉的月经已断绝了。 Gen 18:11 “Now Abraham and Sarah were old, advanced in years. The way of women had ceased to be with Sarah.” ## 创18:12 撒拉心里暗笑，说：“我既已衰败，我主也老迈，岂能有这喜事呢？” Gen 18:12 “So Sarah laughed to herself, saying, “After I am worn out, and my lord is old, shall I have pleasure?” ## 创18:13 耶和华对亚伯拉罕说：“撒拉为什么暗笑，说：‘我既已年老，果真能生养吗？’ Gen 18:13 “The LORD said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Shall I indeed bear a child, now that I am old?’” ## 创18:14 耶和华岂有难成的事吗？到了日期，明年这时候，我必回到你这里，撒拉必生一个儿子。” Gen 18:14 “Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you, about this time next year, and Sarah shall have a son.” ## 创18:15 撒拉就害怕，不承认，说：“我没有笑。”那位说：“不然，你实在笑了。” Gen 18:15 “But Sarah denied it, saying, “I did not laugh,” for she was afraid. He said, “No, but you did laugh.” ## 创18:16 三人就从那里起行，向所多玛观看，亚伯拉罕也与他们同行，要送他们一程。 Gen 18:16 “Then the men set out from there, and they looked down toward Sodom. And Abraham went with them to set them on their way.” ## 创18:17 耶和华说：“我所要作的事，岂可瞒着亚伯拉罕呢？ Gen 18:17 “The LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do,” ## 创18:18 亚伯拉罕必要成为强大的国，地上的万国都必因他得福。 Gen 18:18 “seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?” ## 创18:19 我眷顾他，为要叫他吩咐他的众子和他的眷属，遵守我的道，秉公行义，使我所应许亚伯拉罕的话都成就了。” Gen 18:19 “For I have chosen him, that he may command his children and his household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing righteousness and justice, so that the LORD may bring to Abraham what he has promised him.” ## 创18:20 耶和华说：“所多玛和蛾摩拉的罪恶甚重，声闻于我。 Gen 18:20 “Then the LORD said, “Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grave,” ## 创18:21 我现在要下去，察看他们所行的，果然尽象那达到我耳中的声音一样吗？若是不然，我也必知道。” Gen 18:21 “I will go down to see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry that has come to me. And if not, I will know.” ## 创18:22 二人转身离开那里，向所多玛去；但亚伯拉罕仍旧站在耶和华面前。 Gen 18:22 “So the men turned from there and went toward Sodom, but Abraham still stood before the LORD.” ## 创18:23 亚伯拉罕近前来，说：“无论善恶，你都要剿灭吗？ Gen 18:23 “Then Abraham drew near and said, “Will you indeed sweep away the righteous with the wicked?” ## 创18:24 假若那城里有五十个义人，你还剿灭那地方吗？不为城里这五十个义人饶恕其中的人吗？ Gen 18:24 Suppose there are fifty righteous within the city. Will you then sweep away the place and not spare it for the fifty righteous who are in it? ## 创18:25 将义人与恶人同杀，将义人与恶人一样看待，这断不是你所行的。审判全地的主，岂不行公义吗？” Gen 18:25 “Far be it from you to do such a thing, to put the righteous to death with the wicked, so that the righteous fare as the wicked! Far be that from you! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do what is just?” ## 创18:26 耶和华说：“我若在所多玛城里见有五十个义人，我就为他们的缘故，饶恕那地方的众人。” Gen 18:26 “And the LORD said, “If I find at Sodom fifty righteous in the city, I will spare the whole place for their sake.” ## 创18:27 亚伯拉罕说：“我虽然是灰尘，还敢对主说话。 Gen 18:27 “Abraham answered and said, “Behold, I have undertaken to speak to the Lord, I who am but dust and ashes.” ## 创18:28 假若这五十个义人短了五个，你就因为短了五个毁灭全城吗？”他说：“我在那里若见有四十五个，也不毁灭那城。” Gen 18:28 “Suppose five of the fifty righteous are lacking. Will you destroy the whole city for lack of five?” And he said, “I will not destroy it if I find forty-five there.” ## 创18:29 亚伯拉罕又对他说：“假若在那里见有四十个怎么样呢？”他说：“为这四十个的缘故，我也不作这事。” Gen 18:29 “Again he spoke to him and said, “Suppose forty are found there.” He answered, “For the sake of forty I will not do it.” ## 创18:30 亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要动怒，容我说：假若在那里见有三十个怎么样呢？”他说：“我在那里若见有三十个，我也不作这事。” Gen 18:30 “Then he said, “Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak. Suppose thirty are found there.” He answered, “I will not do it, if I find thirty there.” ## 创18:31 亚伯拉罕说：“我还敢对主说话，假若在那里见有二十个怎么样呢？”他说：“为这二十个的缘故，我也不毁灭那城。” Gen 18:31 “He said, “Behold, I have undertaken to speak to the Lord. Suppose twenty are found there.” He answered, “For the sake of twenty I will not destroy it.” ## 创18:32 亚伯拉罕说：“求主不要动怒，我再说这一次，假若在那里见有十个呢？”他说：“为这十个的缘故，我也不毁灭那城。” Gen 18:32 “Then he said, “Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak again but this once. Suppose ten are found there.” He answered, “For the sake of ten I will not destroy it.” ## 创18:33 耶和华与亚伯拉罕说完了话就走了；亚伯拉罕也回到自己的地方去了。 Gen 18:33 “And the LORD went his way, when he had finished speaking to Abraham, and Abraham returned to his place.”
