## 出22:1
“人若偷牛或羊,无论是宰了,是卖了,他就要以五牛赔一牛,四羊赔一羊。
Exo 22:1 “If a man steals an ox or a sheep, and kills it or sells it, he shall repay five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.”
## 出22:2
人若遇见贼挖窟窿,把贼打了,以至于死,就不能为他有流血的罪。
Exo 22:2 “If a thief is found breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no bloodguilt for him,”
## 出22:3
若太阳已经出来,就为他有流血的罪。贼若被拿,总要赔还,若他一无所有,就要被卖,顶他所偷的物。
Exo 22:3 “but if the sun has risen on him, there shall be bloodguilt for him. He shall surely pay. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.”
## 出22:4
若他所偷的,或牛、或驴、或羊,仍在他手下存活,他就要加倍赔还。
Exo 22:4 “If the stolen beast is found alive in his possession, whether it is an ox or a donkey or a sheep, he shall pay double.”
## 出22:5
“人若在田间或在葡萄园里放牲畜,任凭牲畜上别人的田里去吃,就必拿自己田间上好的和葡萄园上好的赔还。
Exo 22:5 “If a man causes a field or vineyard to be grazed over, or lets his beast loose and it feeds in another man’s field, he shall make restitution from the best in his own field and in his own vineyard.”
## 出22:6
“若点火焚烧荆棘,以致将别人堆积的禾捆,站着的禾稼,或是田园,都烧尽了,那点火的必要赔还。
Exo 22:6 “If fire breaks out and catches in thorns so that the stacked grain or the standing grain or the field is consumed, he who started the fire shall make full restitution.”
## 出22:7
“人若将银钱或家具交付邻舍看守,这物从那人的家被偷去,若把贼找到了,贼要加倍赔还;
Exo 22:7 “If a man gives to his neighbor money or goods to keep safe, and it is stolen from the man’s house, then, if the thief is found, he shall pay double.”
## 出22:8
若找不到贼,那家主必就近审判官,要看看他拿了原主的物件没有。
Exo 22:8 “If the thief is not found, the owner of the house shall come near to God to show whether or not he has put his hand to his neighbor’s property.”
## 出22:9
“两个人的案件,无论是为什么过犯,或是为牛、为驴、为羊、为衣裳,或是为什么失掉之物,有一人说:‘这是我的,’两造就要将案件禀告审判官,审判官定谁有罪,谁就要加倍赔还。
Exo 22:9 “For every breach of trust, whether it is for an ox, for a donkey, for a sheep, for a cloak, or for any kind of lost thing, of which one says, ‘This is it,’ the case of both parties shall come before God. The one whom God condemns shall pay double to his neighbor.”
## 出22:10
“人若将驴,或牛,或羊,或别的牲畜,交付邻舍看守,牲畜或死,或受伤,或被赶去,无人看见;
Exo 22:10 “If a man gives to his neighbor a donkey or an ox or a sheep or any beast to keep safe, and it dies or is injured or is driven away, without anyone seeing it,”
## 出22:11
那看守的人,要凭着耶和华起誓:手里未曾拿邻舍的物;本主就要罢休,看守的人不必赔还。
Exo 22:11 “an oath by the LORD shall be between them both to see whether or not he has put his hand to his neighbor’s property. The owner shall accept the oath, and he shall not make restitution.”
## 出22:12
牲畜若从看守的那里被偷去,他就要赔还本主;
Exo 22:12 “But if it is stolen from him, he shall make restitution to its owner.”
## 出22:13
若被野兽撕碎,看守的要带来当作证据,所撕的不必赔还。
Exo 22:13 “If it is torn by beasts, let him bring it as evidence. He shall not make restitution for what has been torn.”
## 出22:14
“人若向邻舍借什么,所借的或受伤或死,本主没有同在一处,借的人总要赔还;
Exo 22:14 “If a man borrows anything of his neighbor, and it is injured or dies, the owner not being with it, he shall make full restitution.”
## 出22:15
若本主同在一处,他就不必赔还。若是雇的,也不必赔还,本是为雇价来的。
Exo 22:15 “If the owner was with it, he shall not make restitution; if it was hired, it came for its hiring fee.”
## 出22:16
“人若引诱没有受聘的处女,与她行淫,他总要交出聘礼,娶她为妻。
Exo 22:16 “If a man seduces a virgin who is not betrothed and lies with her, he shall give the bride-price for her and make her his wife.”
## 出22:17
若女子的父亲决不肯将女子给他,他就要按处女的聘礼,交出钱来。
Exo 22:17 “If her father utterly refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money equal to the bride-price for virgins.”
## 出22:18
“行邪术的女人,不可容她存活。
Exo 22:18 You shall not permit a sorceress to live.
## 出22:19
“凡与兽淫合的,总要把他治死。
Exo 22:19 Whoever lies with an animal shall be put to death.
## 出22:20
“祭祀别神,不单单祭祀耶和华的,那人必要灭绝。
Exo 22:20 “Whoever sacrifices to any god, other than the LORD alone, shall be devoted to destruction.”
## 出22:21
“不可亏负寄居的,也不可欺压他,因为你们在埃及地也作过寄居的。
Exo 22:21 “You shall not wrong a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.”
## 出22:22
不可苦待寡妇和孤儿;
Exo 22:22 You shall not mistreat any widow or fatherless child.
## 出22:23
若是苦待他们一点,他们向我一哀求,我总要听他们的哀声,
Exo 22:23 “If you do mistreat them, and they cry out to me, I will surely hear their cry,”
## 出22:24
并要发烈怒,用刀杀你们,使你们的妻子为寡妇,儿女为孤儿。
Exo 22:24 “and my wrath will burn, and I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your children fatherless.”
## 出22:25
“我民中有贫穷人与你同住,你若借钱给他,不可如放债的向他取利。
Exo 22:25 “If you lend money to any of my people with you who is poor, you shall not be like a moneylender to him, and you shall not exact interest from him.”
## 出22:26
你即或拿邻舍的衣服作当头,必在日落以先归还他;
Exo 22:26 “If ever you take your neighbor’s cloak in pledge, you shall return it to him before the sun goes down,”
## 出22:27
因他只有这一件当盖头,是他盖身的衣服,若是没有,他拿什么睡觉呢?他哀求我,我就应允,因为我是有恩惠的。
Exo 22:27 “for that is his only covering, and it is his cloak for his body; in what else shall he sleep? And if he cries to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.”
## 出22:28
“不可毁谤神,也不可毁谤你百姓的官长。
Exo 22:28 “You shall not revile God, nor curse a ruler of your people.”
## 出22:29
你要从你庄稼中的谷和酒醡中滴出来的酒拿来献上,不可迟延。你要将头生的儿子归给我。
Exo 22:29 You shall not delay to offer from the fullness of your harvest and from the outflow of your presses. The firstborn of your sons you shall give to me.
## 出22:30
你牛羊头生的,也要这样:七天当跟着母,第八天要归给我。
Exo 22:30 You shall do the same with your oxen and with your sheep: seven days it shall be with its mother; on the eighth day you shall give it to me.
## 出22:31
你们要在我面前为圣洁的人,因此田间被野兽撕裂牲畜的肉,你们不可吃,要丢给狗吃。”
Exo 22:31 You shall be consecrated to me. Therefore you shall not eat any flesh that is torn by beasts in the field; you shall throw it to the dogs.
